Everything would have been fine if they had put us up where we booked. In A&K Patong. But they put us up in a hotel of the same owners, but in a different place. NJ Patong is not good at all. No, there are wonderful people there, very hospitable, in this regard everything is great. The room itself is not! The furniture is old, the water barely flows, Bangla Boxing is nearby and they scream half the night... Think about it, people, you can't treat guests like that. Either you need to return the money, or put them up where they booked. I was very upset.

As my flight was late at night, I quickly booked a room to spend half a day before my flight.
I was worried as there were no reviews, but the room was clean and the hairdryer was not one that was built in but a sturdy one made in Japan that was easy to use.
There was no elevator and I had to go up by stairs, but since I was on the floor above reception it wasn't too difficult.
It said check-in time was 2pm, but I was happy that I was able to check in at 12pm.

The hotel is very close to Patong Beach and 7/11. The room is small, the window faces the stairs, if you have noisy neighbors, it can be problematic. I was lucky, the neighbors were quiet. Great workers guys. Cleaning is daily.

Everything is fine, the soundproofing is poor and if the neighbors decide to throw a party, it is better to join in or go for a walk.
