It's a self checkin hotel so you have to call them before someone comes. terrible phone and whatsapp response from the management even within checkin times which led me to spending the first night outside and even the second day i couldn't reach the management untill almost evening so i had already booked another hotel when they responded. Trip. Com had to cancel the first 2 nights. It's a shame because the rooms are good.

The hotel is difficult to find on navigation. The rent is over 1,000 yuan. It is located on the underground floor. There is no front desk, no security, no surveillance. The bedsheets were not changed upon check-in, and the water was so wet when it rained that I couldn't take a shower. It is the worst hotel I have ever stayed in.

The problem was in the bathroom, the water drained very poorly, stood and poured out of the room into the living room! Well, and they didn't change our bed linen when we asked for room cleaning. It was quiet, we were able to rest. It was no problem to go up the hill on a bike, but for those without transport, this is a problem. The room had 2 TVs, a large refrigerator, a stove and even a washing machine, which did not have an outlet. Hahaha, that is, there was no opportunity to use it. There is also a pool. In general, we recommend it to everyone! True, I managed to book at a price of 2500 rubles per night, and now the price is 10 times more expensive for that category of room
