The emplacement is good! Near than the centre of patong in a 10min walk, 20min for the beach. The chinese host was friendly. The room was clean, bonus for the terrace! AC working perfectly. It worth the price for high season!

This place should be booked only in emergency cases, when u only have to stay a few hrs or really low on finances.

This hotel needs a lot of improvement.
Cleaning really bad, I found a very dirty floor mat full of what looks like a fungus or something. Very disgusting. They made my bed once but did not change sheets and nothing like that.
The location was great. About 15 minutes walking distance from the main things..Buy also you can find many bars and restaurants and other businesses all around the accommodation.

Some rooms are noisy in the evenings and mornings but they also have more quiet rooms. You get what you pay for. Good AC and shower, clean rooms.

Careful in all respects. Behind the hotel is a foreign escort service home. Owner is Chinese. And she couldn't care less if you live or die.... Someone fell 10 floors and she was bothered to be woken 😕 😄 🤣
