The hotel has a terrible odor, I walked into the room and it smelt like someone hadn't flushed the toilet. Luckily they allowed me to changed to a different room after telling me they couldn't because it was fully booked. The sheets and the bathroom floor towels were never changed the whole 6 nights I was, until I finally requested it. If I were staying 2 nights it would've been ok, but not the entire stay. The shower tap handle broke off and was never fixed, after all I had to request or complain about I eventually just let that slide.

Staff was very friendly, helpful and accommodating. Hotel was very clean and enjoyed the rooftop pool. Breakfast was outstanding and something I looked forward to each morning! The hotel is! within walking distance to the beach. I would definitely stay there again!

The staff are very accommodating and work hard to satisfy their customers. Location is okay, about 10 minutes to the beach, lots of restaurants nearby. Rooms were comfortable. Reception area is small. The hotel is a little dated and could use a little more cleaning of windows and elevator.

We stayed in room 307. The hotel is quite good for the money. 14 nights without breakfast for 43 t for two from March 8 to March 22.
A huge minus is the residents who slam the doors of their rooms terribly loudly at any time of the day or night! This was causing discomfort!
Slowly 20 minutes to the sea, on a road without sidewalks, nothing, we managed))
The hotel does not provide beach towels, please keep this in mind. And the pool is only open two days a week, Mondays and Thursdays.
Cake and tea, coffee, bananas. They are always standing at the reception, you can help yourself.
Cleaning upon request, a sign on the door and it will be clean.
A minute's walk from Big C, another 5-7 minutes in the direction of the sea and at the 7/11 intersection. There is a traffic light, it is convenient to cross.
The night market is nearby, open Wednesday and Sunday.

Good hotel for its price. Very small rooftop pool and only two sun loungers without umbrellas. Some rooms face the wall of an adjacent building. Good breakfasts. The beach is 10 minutes walk. There are shops and cafes nearby.

It was very clean and nice. I had a good rest.
It takes about 20 minutes to walk to Kamala Beach, but I use a motorcycle.
It was nice to have it. I'll come again next time
