If you're only staying in Phuket a couple of days, this hotel is satisfactory. It's quite close to the beach and shopping if you need to buy anything.
There are two important things to note:
1) There is a 1,000 Baht deposit you have to pay upon check in. You get the deposit back when you check out.
2) The address/name on the site does not take you to the hotel. The hotel is the ICheck Inn Chill Patong and the address is 18 / 1Rat-u-thit ,200 pee road, kathu, Phuket, 83150, Thailand.

The rooms are small, cleaning is practically not available. During the week, the floors have not been washed. The bathroom was full of sand. The hoods in the shower are not present. The door in the bathroom is broken, it was necessary not to close it at all 🙈 On the balcony at all did not come. The dryer is not available. Toilet paper was not put. The pool is closed at 9, and even just sitting next to it after 9 is not possible. Very noisy. Not much that the stadium and club under the window, and the crowds of neighbors hear all night. Single slippers have not put. The dish washed. In general, from cleaning one visibility. Parking is not available. Everything stands in front of the entrance and under the open sky. Breakfast is scarce, close to 10 no longer add anything. Near bed there are no bulbs. The light switch is between the pillows. At night, the head was constantly lighted and woke up. The hotel was not very much liked at all.

When we entered, the lobby, it looked very modest but staff was great! Check in took a while but we got an upgrade to a better room in the renovated section.
The room was great- spacious with a balcony, with all basic amenities. The bed was great and there were soft and medium pillows.
The whole property has many different accommodations but the renovated block is the one facing the main road.
Location worked or great for us as we could just walk out to the street where there were massage parlors, shopping restaurants etc.
The kids club was great too. They have different activities everyday for kids and adults. The staff there is absolutely wonderful!!
Breakfast has different stations - salad, breads & pastries, Indian etc but we felt it a bit lacking because we are vegetarian. There weren’t enough options.
All in all we had a great time here! I have to repeat the staff here is amazing well trained, courteous and always ready to help!!

Beautiful hotel with great service, a bit dangerous though if you’re staying on the other side of the resort but they did offer a shuttle to take you across.
Breakfast was yummy and had a lot of options to choose from. Views are to die for and the sunset there is amazing. Overall, it was a great experience

This hotel was booked for me by Ctrip as an alternative hotel, a double room. There is a swimming pool on the first floor, and opposite the hotel is its own bar where you can play pool and have a drink. There is a Muay Thai gym and supermarket opposite, and the location is OK. It's about a 15-minute walk from Patong Night Market. The sanitation and facilities of the hotel are average. It is a hotel run by Indians. Points for improvement are that the Indian boss is very enthusiastic, responsive to all requests, answers all questions, and has a sense of service. It's okay to stay here for 2-3 days, unless you want to spend 2-3,000 yuan a day to live next to Patong Beach. Overall, worth recommending. It's just that the breakfast is a bit too simple. Everything else is pretty good.

Great location, a really nice private beach, service was fine, a little slow at times. Great pool areas, nice gym, decent experience overall. The room was a little dated, a bit of a moldy smell when the AC is off, but not too bad. The breakfast selection was alright. Half hour walk or 8 min drive from Phutong beach.
No major complaints, the main attraction of this place is the beautiful private beach.

We were there for a month…..loved the location. A couple kilometers from the beach, which gave us a good walk every day. We got to know our favorite street food and fruit vendors, and security people at different hotels who helped us cross the street. Really nice.
The housekeeping staff did a great job.
But the front desk folks were kind of unresponsive. They did not speak English very well, and didn’t give us tips or information very well to help us out.
We broke a cup, and they charged us the equivalent of $8 to replace this dollar store item.
The counters were really low which was kind of weird.
There were no kitchen utensils pots pans knives, forks, spoons, dish clothes, dish soap, or dish towels. Nothing! The only kitchen stuff we had were two little cups, like a demitasse cup, two saucers, and two little spoons.
Never had the breakfast because we thought it was very expensive. We ate noodles next door every morning instead.
Didn’t use the pool.
Air conditioner in the “kitchen” didn’t work
Weird little plastic sofa and set up with the TV.
Kind of a sterile feel to the place, but we would stay there again

Stayed in the hotel only as I am leaving very early tomorrow to Khao Lak. Its a good pitstop hotel probably not for long term. The location is not exactly on a prime location. Its in the middle of a road with nothing much happening around. You need to travel 10 minutes by car to get to anything worth mentioning. Other than that the price is very spot on. Less than $20 I paid for a triple room, couldnt really complain much. Room is clean but the age of the room is already showing. Bathroom for instance is mouldy. AC is very loud. But you get past it for the price you pay. Recommended for short stay, not for long term. There's parking with security, which was a plus.

Nice hotel tucked away from busy bustling part of Phuket. Shuttle service is provided to bring guests out to beach or boat avenue. There's a few nice cafes and restaurant around boat avenue areas. Staff are attentive and always helpful to provide guidance on where to go, what to do. Definitely worth coming back for another stay :) Special call-out to some of the hotel staff - Kig on her friendliness, Cee for his great recommendation for local cuisine and Tangkwa, Big, Num, Baitoey for showing great hospitality. They simply and always put customers in their thoughts and ensured we have a great stay! Thanks for making this a memorable trip for me.

SSimoBibiProbably the best hotel I stayed at in Thailand and anywhere else. Breakfast was 5 stars, pools were nice, the games(pool, table tennis, mini golf, archery) were all free. The restaurant was perfect and reasonable priced, great view too. The room was the romantic room, worth it, good bath, good space to relax, bed nice and veiw, wow. Little things like having a bag to carry your things to the pool and welcome cookies and intro was great. Staff all so polite and awesome except the pool bar workers, ignored me while I was waiting to order a drink, just didn't end up getting one after waiting for 15 mins. The only downside is many steps and changing lifts as it's built on a hill and is not a straight down. Overall if I would go back Phuket, I'll just sit here all day and enjoy it.

The hotel was very quiet, rooms are spacious and clean. very friendly and helpful staff not annoying and they understood English ” that was important as we had stayed at more luxurious hotels where room service couldn't comprehend us” Food was more than great we were planning to eat outside hotel but honestly, once we tried eating at the hotel we got hooked up. we enjoyed the happy hour. we even spent few time in the library where we also found they have few games like jenga.. everall best stay and I was looking forward to book for another vacation but seems its temporarily close so will be waiting for reopening soon. One little note as its a beach and natural trees so expect mosquitos and similar bugs but that's normal given the location right on the water & greens so cannot complain

BBannanzaLovely and picturesque hotel with a beautiful territory and multiple pools, right beside the sea. Very convenient location close to lots of the restaurants, shops, bars and not far from the walking street. Simple but clean and cosy rooms with very comfortable matrasses and nice balconies. We had a slight issue with the Wi-Fi in our room which we reported to the reception. They sent an IT person who fixed it quickly. Very caring and friendly attitude of the hotel staff. I definitely recommend this place!
*One thing about the taxi service right outside of the hotel (and it's nothing to do with the hotel itself) - just an advice - be sure you fixed the final price before you started the trip. We took their cars twice and both times they wanted more money at the end of the trip for no reason even though we agreed on a price before (they are very friendly when you are booking them, but get quite aggressive at the end of the trip). They left a bad impression, maybe try to find a different place to take a taxi if you need one.

GGuest UserI am a frequent traveller to Phuket and when I visited this time I needed to book a family room for 5 of us (2 adults, 2 young children and nan) and stayed here for 11 nights.. I needed something that was within my budget within walking distance of Patong beach (about 10 minutes for my pace) and somewhere near to the markets/ shopping centre. The Andakira is about 5 minute walk away from Junceylon shopping centre but was closed when I visited (Big C was open though). I have Thai family members and the Banzaan Market is also a 5 minute walk away and catered to them for the price and street food. Nan has mobility issues so was great for her to be near the market. The family suite/ room comprises of 2 rooms with a divider door. I found both rooms to be of a large size. Both have TVs and fridges. The bigger room has a sofa and table. The bigger room was used as the main socialising room and for eating etc. The bigger room has an en suite bathroom but has a bath. The en suite is located on the left when you enter. It has a sliding type frosting window that faces into the main room so if you have any guests you are staying with they may be able to see in (just for consideration of who takes what room). The smaller room has an ensuite bathroom with standing shower. I had a decent sleep and the air con worked great. The rooms were clean and staff cleaned them each day. The view from the balcony was of the hotels/ homes nearby and Patong Hill. My room was located on the first floor which is the same level as the swimming pool. There is a kids sized small pool and also the bigger pool. I found the staff pleasant and helpful. There is parking available at the hotel for cars/ motorcycles. I have previously stayed in hotels on 200 year road near to Bangla Road due to being near the beach I would recommend this hotel and when I return to Phuket I intend to stay here again.

SSabz1I have loved phuket so much that I have traveled there for at 4 vacations, there's no reason to sell it... one of the charms of my Travel was this hotel that used to encapsulate everything that is special about Phuket. The sad truth is its post covid era shows a lack of recovery. The service is not good. Received bedding with literal yellow stains on it. The breakfast has always been simple but is now utterly a waste of money. Just walk down the road to buy breakfast. This was my 4th stay in pool access room, where you share a private infinity pool with the two adjacent rooms. I've always loved this but this time it wasn't cleaned on a daily basis. We asked for an ironing board in the morning went to breakfast only to find a dusty board outside our room when we came back. This was my fourth but definitely last stay at a hotel I used to cherish 💔

GGuest UserThis was a well located hotel, suitable for my family of 5, to stay at, with Kata beach within walking distance, as well as numerous restaurants, coffee shops, spas, mini markets, shops, and above all, our well-frequented walking street night market! Our initial not-so-welcoming check-in (no welcome drink, no porters, letting us wait for our room to be prepared even when it was well past check-in time of 2pm), was soon forgotten when we were shown to our 2 well-air-conditioned rooms with a balcony (albeit to an ugly construction site). The rooms are of decent size, with thoughtful touches that include a beachmat, beach bag, beach towels, thongs, gowns, hairdryer, as well as complimentary tea and coffee facilities with a bar fridge. The showers are not impressively well-pressured, not always hot, but are equipped with shower gel and shampoo. The only gripe with my bathroom was the slight step (due to differing floor levels) which I kept on tripping over. There is a flat-screen TV available in the rooms, but we didn’t use it once. The WiFi is very good in all areas of the hotel. My kids swam in the pool, but as inviting and as beautiful as it is designed (with it being the centrepiece of the hotel), it is certainly not the most inviting when one feels it’s cool temperature which is in too stark a contrast to the outside temperature. We did not have breakfast included, so can’t comment on the on-site restaurant. There is a small fitness centre, as well as a room for boxing. Our rooms were cleaned at a rather late and awkward time in the late afternoon, which meant we forfeited cleaning when we came back to the room and required the room at the same time, to freshen up before the evening’s activities. Our overall experience was nevertheless pleasant and I would recommend them as a fair-priced family-friendly accommodation.

LLucos LimHotel Villa feels premium. However the service is not as friendly as what expected. Customer service is lousy. Argued with customer which they didn’t get their facts right. The bathroom drains is clogged and cause the shower place flooded. Hardsell on membership. Breakfast is not nice.

GGuest UserSince we are a Club Mahindra member, so we chose this hotel in Phuket. Went with my wife and my daughter (18 Yrs). The property over all is very good and away from the busy areas. Some of the precise observations listed below. Hope this helps in making the decision Pros: 1. Smooth Check-in 2. Very clean and tidy property 3. Spacious Room (1 Bedroom Suite) 4. Comfortable bed & pillows 5. Couple of Indian restaurants just outside the hotel 6. Good Indian food 7. Very nice pool 8. Helpful staff Cons: 1. No 7/11 around. The nearest is about a km and a half and the taxi will charge 40 bahts too and fro. So, plan your purchases accordingly when you go there. 2. Little inside the main road. Difficult to walk the beach seems very far away due to the heat as there's no private beach. 3. Not much to do in the area where it's located. Patong beach is 20 minutes away which isn't much but commuting will cost some money 4. Electricity sockets are in a bad condition and not at the right places. Please check the sockets of the room before you are allocated the room 5. No kitchnette inside the room Special mention: 1. Harish Bahuguna, the Indian chef cooks a great food. He cooked a very nice fish masala and lentil (Dal) for us. It was precisely as per the instructions 2. Vacilli at the travel desk. Very helpful and cooperative. One has to negotiate but I definitely give full marks to his sales skills Overall, if you like a quite area then go for this. I am rating it very good due to the pros that I have mentioned above.
