The room was very nice, spacious, great AC, nicer balcony (although faced other apartments so be conscious of that). Staff were very friendly and helpful to me. It was in a nice quite street with plenty of restaurants and bars around plus a short 10 min walk to Bangla road. 3 minutes to the beach and a few other beach/pool clubs. The pool here is small however. I thought I had great value for money.

Great hotel , great restaurant and above all a very friendly staff. Value for money for their services, cleaning and location. I believe that is a great choice for a luxury hotel that is located only some minutes walk from the Main Street and the beach. Definitely highly recommended and I will choose it again if I ever visit Phuket again

We stayed here for 9 nights and could easily have stayed much longer. Rooms are spacious with a small kitchenette. We are long term travellers so not eating out every night for us. We like doing our own catering from time to time. Everything was clean and working well. Towels ( pool and shower) replenished every day. As is tea, coffee and water. The views were lovely - sea with sunsets 🌅 It is fairly new. The 3 pools that we could access were fabulous. Sunbeds were of good quality. The gym is very good. We hired a motorbike so getting to places was not an issue. If you get taxis they will be expensive - use just grab app. We liked the location, very peaceful. You can access Merlin beach down a dirt track at the side of the hotel. Paradise beach is about 3kms further past the Marriott and is well worth the 100baht which includes a sunbed and soft drink. The local Family mart and 7 Eleven is closed down for now. All the Staff are extremely professional and friendly. 10 out of 10 from us. Fantastic place. Thank you Lets Phuket 🙏

The rooms in the hotel were kept in first class order by Green, El and the rest of the team. Bedding and towels are good quality and are changed at your request. Bottled water is replaced daily as part of the room clean and service. The 1 bedroom apartment has a full kitchen including cooktop, oven, microwave fridge, jug and toaster.

This place turned out to be a complete disaster. By no means an apartment hotel. Just an apartment complex with absolutely no in-house ameneties with two *****s sitting at reception to handover the keys to you and don't even bother to escort you to the room at the time of check-in. These *****s don't even know how to talk to guests in a polite way. Even my illiterate housemaid behaves in a much nicer way. No glass partition between the restaurant kitchen and seating - making the entire ground floor smelly with seafood frying. Strictly no for pure Indian vegetarians who are not used to such smell, otherwise go to the restaurant be ready to puke. Our son almost did and ran out of the building. In a small, so-called 1 bedroom apartment, they have tried to fit too many things. The fact is - everything is good for nothing. The wooden partition between bed and living makes both spaces too small and claustrophobic. Sofa is at 5 feet viewing distance from the 40 inch TV, better you bang your head on the TV instead. Microwave is placed at a height of 6 feet - use chair to climb and see the status of your dish. A small balcony is good for nothing - and housekeeping never cleans it, which makes it full of dirt. No in-room phone, no on-demand housekeeping, no room service. So be ready to make frequent trips to the ground floor reception and nearby 7-Eleven and Family Mart for small small things. No tea/coffee/sugar pouches in the kitchen, bare minimum utensils, hot plate based old style cooktop doesn't give any temperature control. Toaster and tea kettle provided, but neither enough plug points nor enough space on cooking platform to out these. Didn't even provide utensil cleaning liquid and scrubber. No hand towels provided in the bathroom. No hooks to hang clothes. I was pleasantly surprised to see beach towels in the bathroom. My question is - if you are charging like any other 3-star hotel in the area, and can't even take care of such basic things, why are you calling yourself a ”hotel” and charging like a 3-star hotel. Only milky white bedsheets and strong Air-conditioners don't make you a good place to stay. Services, amenities and behaviour do, all of which badly lack in your ”hotel”.

The hotel is very quiet and clean. It is secure 24 hours a day. The room was clean and tidy, and there was a small kitchen where you could get something to eat. Thank you, the host, who provided us with a lot of fun and delicious restaurants. You can also help to set up a show of the monster. I still have to choose a Chinese landlord when I go out. Anyway satisfied! recommend!

The boss from Northeast China is a nice person. I traveled freely in Thailand and stayed for four consecutive days. The price was very cheap. The room is a bit old fashioned. But the location is unbeatable, in the middle of Patong Beach. McDonald's is easy to find opposite. There is a Nepalese restaurant just outside the door. Opposite is a horse slaughtering 300 pigs for an hour, and next to it is a shop for ordering motorcycles. This location has everything you need. You can also exchange Thai baht at the entrance of this store, 1 to 4.8, which is the highest.

It's close to the beach and also very close to the bar street, but because it's closer to the mountain, if you don't want to walk, you need to take a car to go back and forth, but the hotel is very considerate to provide mobile phones for tourists to book bolts and grabs, and they will arrive at their destinations very quickly ~ Basically, the hotel is walking. There are 7-11 and different Thai restaurants ~ the staff are also very friendly, they will try their best to help solve problems and introduce the hotel. The environment is relatively quiet. I have to say that the hotel space is very large ~ and it is very clean! If you want a larger sense of space, it is very recommended to choose this hotel👍🏻
