"The resort is good enough for the price. The room is fine. The staff are very friendly and helpful. There is a free buggy service for travelling within the resort. The environment and the service of the spa are better than expected. I don’t like the breakfast; although there are many choices, the taste of the food could be better. Another thing I don’t like is that the beach is full of leaves and branches. There is some sand at the bottom of the swimming pool. Overall, it offers good value for the price."

"Everything is good. The hotel is not close to night market/city centre. However, it only takes 15 mins ride to the market. Still convenient and acceptable. Staying here can enjoy the serenity and facilities in the resort."

"Hotel offers free shuttle and around 20mins to hotel. Please book with hotel in advance. Spacious room with breathtaking ocean views. Many shops outside the hotel and also walking distance to temple and lighthouse. Very satisfied with my stay. Breakfast spread has a variety of local and international flavors. "Stayed at Pullman for 2 nights, booking two different room types. As there were very few Chinese guests and mostly Koreans during our visit, I'd like to share my personal experience. 1: The overall hotel service was excellent. Staff were always ready to assist with requests and greeted guests with smiles. 2: The breakfast deserves a special mention. Everyone in our group found it tastier than JW's, and while the variety wasn't as extensive, the flavors were definitely superior. It would have been great to have freshly cut mango every day – it was available on the first day but not the second. Similarly, pho was beef on the first day and chicken on the second; a bit more variety in the main dishes would be a welcome improvement. 3: Our high-floor sea view room had a noticeable musty smell upon entry, and the bed felt quite damp. Our entire family had to sleep in long-sleeved shirts and long pants, which made for an average night's sleep. Oddly, our other room, a ground-floor pool access room, had no smell and the bed wasn't damp at all. I really can't understand the difference. 4: Staff at the pool offered free inflation of swimming rings, and the environment was pleasant. 5: The beach environment was mediocre. There isn't much sandy beach left, and the waves were quite strong, making it unsuitable for children to play in the sea. It's more for looking at than playing in. 6: The gym was decent – a good option for a workout if it rains. The spa was just okay, not as good as traditional Thai massage. The kids' club, however, was excellent! It offered free drawing activities, cartoons, and even had its own private restroom."

"One of the most amazing resort experiences I've had. We booked the mini suite and the room was amazing with a stunning view of the pool and of Grand World far ahead. The rooms themselves were great. The breakfast spread was awesome. Also, I really have to mention how amazing the pool was - the best resort pool I've been to."

"The hotel is very nice. It is around 15 mins away from the airport. It is just opposite to Sonasea Night Market which lots of foods, leisure and massage shops. The facilities is good. We love the swimming pool and kid's club. The food in breakfast buffet is nice with lots of choice - I love the Pho! The staff is friendly and helpful. They helped us to arrange cab with cheaper price than Grab - so nice! All in all, it is a very recommended hotel to stay when in Phu Quoc."

"It was a wonderful experience staying here! 💕 Such a peaceful retreat and cozy vibes all around 🌿 Just a small suggestion — if the resort could offer pork-free or halal options, it would definitely attract more guests (trust me on this, you won’t regret it!) 🙏✨ Some facilities could use a little refresh — maybe a few new touches or decor here and there would really elevate the space. Oh, and please bring the sauna room back to life! That would be chef’s kiss for the full relaxation experience 🧖♀️💆"

"Hotel is very near the airport which is a plus. Free airport transfers both ways. Front desk / restaurant staff are very helpful and friendly. Complimentary afternoon tea was a nice touch. Pool is huge and staff are friendly. Nice cabanas and deck seats. Gym needs improvement - no fan / ac, towels didn't seem clean and dumbells were a little rusty. Gets very stuffy in there too. Room was a good size with great views of the ocean. Aircon in the room was a little warm during the day. More hooks can be provided in the washroom to hang towels or clothes. Our room didn't have a rack to hang our wet swim gears."
