It is conveniently situated with a night market across the hotel. There's rows of massage shops and varieties of restaurants such as Vietnamese, Korean, Western & seafood. "The hotel is very nice for families with young children. There are a number of very large pools protected by trees for shade. The residence is situated directly on the beach, offering calm waters. The breakfast buffet is large and diverse, but it becomes very crowded due to the high number of guests. One of the main perks with this hotel, as well as others in Vietnam, is the activities offered to guests, usually for free. They have classes for young kids - arts and crafts, as well as opportunities for adults - yoga, fitness, kayak rental. The place is extremely nice if looking for a relaxing vacation with nice pools on the beach. They also have a fitness center and restaurants on site. There's not much nearby, except a few small restaurants. The area is still under construction, but Phu Quoc is quickly becoming a tourist destination. The hotel offers free tickets to Sunset Town Show and Fireworks. It is very loud, so avoid bringing small children. They also have a free shuttle bus to the Sunset Town. The hotel is great, price is great, and all the amenities that are inclded free of charge just enhances the experience."

"My room at Movenpick Residences facing the lake and I was able to catch the beautiful sunrise daily. Fantastic view and totally enjoyed the view from the balcony. Their daily breakfast was great. The egg Benedict could be improved but overall buffet spread were well served. They also had chocolate buffet in the afternoon for staying guests which is a plus. Would stay here again for the great service and friendly staff."

"Hmmm…overall is a good hotel. However, I don’t feel it is a 5 star worthy rated hotel. We booked for 3 night stay and by the second day, while I was having shower, I ran out of shower gel. The amenities in rooms should be enough for the stay. The guests shouldn’t have to experience leaving the shower without a complete bath. Perhaps the bottles should be transparent so that the house keeping staff can easily see to replenish or not. The other issue we had was the staff at the bar doesn’t know the menu at all. We asked 3 times if the burger was beef, and she told us it was pork. We find it hard to believe but she insisted it was..so I ordered the fish and chips instead but a few minutes later a waiter delivered a burger to the table next to us and I asked the waiter if it was beef burger and he said yes. We try to change our order with another waiter and he tried to talk us out of it and told us it was 20 minutes wait simply because the fish and chips is ready. That’s very disappointing. We have stayed in many 5 star hotels and this one missed the mark!! Definitely not 5 star service

"1. **Location**: Located in the central part of Phu Quoc Island, it's approximately 10 kilometers from the airport. We arranged a 7-seater airport transfer through the hotel for 300,000 VND, which is about 80+ RMB. It's also about 20-30 kilometers away from Duong Dong town, the northern amusement parks, and the southern Sunset Town.
2. **Hotel Facilities**: Overall, it meets the standards of an entry-level five-star hotel. The rooms are clean, and all facilities and amenities are well-appointed. The swimming pool is also very clean, and the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. The king-size rooms feature a 2-meter king bed and a sofa.
3. **Beach**: We visited at the end of August, during the rainy season, and were affected by a typhoon. It rained every day, with a mix of sunny and rainy spells. The waves in the sea were quite strong, making it unsuitable for swimming. The sand on Long Beach is yellowish, similar to Yalong Bay in Sanya, but it's still quite fine and considered clean.
4. **Hotel Surroundings**: Right opposite the hotel entrance is the Sonasea Night Market, offering numerous dining and shopping options. We highly recommend Sen Vietnam Restaurant, a Vietnamese eatery where both the pho and spring rolls are delicious. A meal for six people cost about 1,000,000 VND, which is approximately 300 RMB. There's also a Korean seafood restaurant called Mr. Seafood, which offers great taste and excellent value for money. For 3,720,000 VND (equivalent to 1,100 RMB), we had: two lobsters (total 1KG, one with garlic butter sauce, one cheese-baked), 1KG large tiger prawns (half stir-fried with garlic butter, half grilled with garlic butter), 1KG crab with Singapore sauce, 1KG stir-fried squid, and 1KG cheese-baked scallops. They also included two portions of fried rice, two vegetable dishes, two boxes of fruit, and two 1-liter cans of beer. This price was only half of what we'd pay in the south, so much so that after we moved to the southern part of the island, we took a taxi back just to eat there again!
5. **Transportation**: You can use Grab for taxis, or hail a taxi directly at the hotel entrance, where prices are clearly displayed. We hired a 7-seater car for most of the day for 900,000 VND, which is about 250 RMB. A one-way trip to the south cost around 200,000 VND."

Service & Staff
From the moment we arrived at the airport, we were warmly welcomed by Lac, who went above and beyond to assist us. He helped with our hotel transport, showed us to our room, and explained how everything worked. His energy and cheerful personality were unforgettable—just a heads-up, you’ll need to walk fast to keep up with him! 😄
A big thank you also to Kim and the rest of the staff, who were all incredibly friendly and attentive. You all made our wedding anniversary stay so special and memorable.
The Room
Our room was massive with a breathtaking view. The design and decor were elegant and thoughtfully done. But the real highlight? The toilet! It was a high-tech, heated toilet with all the bells and whistles—automatic bidet, drying functions, and more. Just like the ones in Japan. It was such a fun and luxurious touch!
Location
The resort is in a perfect location—just a short walk to the Marina, night market, and several massage places. Right next door is the Sailing Boat Club, which adds a nice vibe to the area. Everything is within walking distance, making it super convenient to explore.
Beach & Pool
There’s a beautiful little beach right on the property, perfect for watching the sunset. It has comfy deck chairs and a cute swing for those Instagram-worthy photos. There’s even a small archery area for a bit of fun!
The swimming pool is huge and stunning, with plenty of deck chairs, so you never have to fight for one. The pool bar is a great bonus—you can order food and drinks while enjoying a swim. Pure relaxation!
Breakfast
Hands down, the best breakfast we’ve ever had at a resort. The variety was incredible—from a wide selection of tropical fruits like mangoes, guava, rambutan, and papaya to an impressive spread of pastries and hot dishes. Fresh juices were available, too, and everything was delicious. The staff at breakfast were just as helpful and kind as everywhere else in the resort.
We couldn’t have asked for a better place to celebrate our anniversary. Thank you to everyone at the resort for making our stay so enjoyable and unforgettable. We’ll definitely be back!"

"The resort is beautiful and the size is perfect, it is big but you can walk everywhere in 10 minutes which is great. The beach is clean. The food was good, but there were no snack options during the day. The pool bar only opens 11am, and they don't serve any food. You need to go to Shack restaurant, and they only deliver to the pool a few options from the menu in a box. Otherwise, you need to eat at the restaurant. (Some friends were all inclusive, and they won't deliver anything in this case)
One day, the pool bar was packed, and there was only one staff member taking orders and preparing the drinks! When I suggested the manager send one more staff member to help, he asked me to be patient or order from the restaurant. Meaning they won't improve the service if there are too many people in the pool. It's probably because of the all-inclusive service, to reduce their consumption. But the people who are not all-inclusive will also be affected.
My 3 yrs old son and a 4 yrs old friend cut their feet in the swimming pool. The manager came worried and asked what I needed, but his suggestion was for them not to stay too long in the pool and he said my son is probably a city boy and he is not used to it. The thing is, we go to the pool every week, he knows how to swim and we have been to similar trips to Bali, Phillipines and Thailand and this never happened before! So Im pretty sure the problem is their swimming pool floor, whether the tiles are too rough or there are sharp things on the shallow areas. In fact, I stepped on something sharp one time, luckily I was walking and it didn't cut me. (The picture of my son's feet is 2 days after it happened)
So the hotel is beautiful and convenient, clean, the price is good. But I have concerns about the swimming pool, so I would probably not go back because of that. And I would not take the all-inclusive as there are some restrictions."

"Very lovely place. We got a quiet room with a nice balcony view at the koi pond. The pool has a nice view and very clean, next to the restaurant. Breakfast was fantastic. Everyday we have different fruit juices. The hotel is located near Phu Quoc Night market, walking distance 15-20mins. Great service from the staff, gave us a free late check out and a small goodbye gift. We really enjoyed our stay."

AAmywongmYour hotel is very beautiful and the swimming pool is very huge. We stayed at small villa and enjoyed the amazing sea view from room. The beautiful beach is just in front of the hotel which is extremely convenient. There are lots of indoor facilities such as gym, snooker, ping pong and hockey machine. We used them when there was heavy rain outside.
The breakfast has lots of different choices and the tastes are very good. We love the coconut coffee and mocha coconut water! In the dining area we saw an Indian chef with black uniform checking food. My husband who is also a hotelier saying once you see the chef standing in the restaurant, the food must be promising!
I would like to especially thank to the front desk staff ”Ha” and duty manager ”Katherine”. During check-in we found we had made double reservation by mistake. While we were so worried about the charge, they patiently helped us to solve the problem immediately. In fact I could see all the staff greeted guests with sweet smile all the time. Again my hotelier husband said this hotel did provide very good and professional trainings to all staff.
Again I appreciate your preparation of the bed for celebrating our dating anniversary. You had given me unforgettable experience, I will highly recommend my friends to stay in your hotel!

GGuest UserWe choose the 2 bed rooms suite with large beds and balcony one of the room facing ocean with beautiful sunset. the view is super. The booking include 4 tickets of body massage and it’s per night ! The only recommendation iplease bring your body lotion as this is not supply by hotel .. other than that no complaint at all and for sure we will pick the same hotel of our next travel to Phu Quoc!

Our villa was ideal for traveling with kids — besides the pool that the little ones absolutely loved, it was also equipped with a water dispenser, washing machine, and dishwasher — such helpful features for moms 🥰
Every staff member we met was kind and took wonderful care of us.
Since we had an early morning flight, the hotel thoughtfully prepared a variety of breakfast items for us to enjoy at the airport — such a considerate touch!
The hotel app was super efficient and convenient — booking activities, arranging transportation, and ordering food was all quick and easy.
Big thanks to Thien, the friendly poolside staff who looked after us so well for two days!
Our kids had so much fun every day — playing chess, pickleball, frisbee, archery, and of course, lots of swimming!
The fire dance show at the beachfront restaurant was also a highlight — entertaining and memorable.
We’re already looking forward to coming back again 💕

A Wonderful Stay at Radisson Blu Phu Quoc – Simply Perfect!
From the very first moment, we were truly overwhelmed by the warmth and friendliness of the entire team. We especially want to mention Alex at the reception – she was incredibly professional, attentive, and kind. She took plenty of time to answer all our questions and made sure all our requests were taken care of. Her positive energy and excellent English really made our stay special.
During our stay, we had a small issue with the room service at first – we tried ordering through the app, then the phone didn’t work, and somehow we ended up ordering twice. But again, the service was outstanding: Robert, the manager, personally took care of the situation, showed us how to use the app properly, and made sure the phone issue was fixed right away. It was handled quickly, professionally, and with a big smile – truly impressive!
We celebrated our wedding anniversary at the Radisson Blu, and it honestly felt like a dream come true. The entire resort is spotlessly clean, beautifully maintained, and everything runs so smoothly. The breakfast buffet is excellent with a huge selection, and the beach is kept very clean with plenty of comfortable sunbeds. We also really appreciated the convenient shuttle services around the property.
The Radisson Blu Phu Quoc combines luxury with a warm, family-like atmosphere. You feel genuinely welcomed, valued, and cared for at every moment. We can wholeheartedly recommend this hotel to anyone – whether for a special occasion or just to relax and recharge.
A big thank you to the whole team – and especially to Alex and Robert for their outstanding service and kindness. 🌺

GGuest UserI was pleasantly surprised by this hotel! The service was truly excellent; the staff were incredibly warm, always smiling, and very proactive in helping. The biggest highlight was on my daughter's birthday evening when the hotel surprised us with a 'Happy Birthday' wish, a cake, and a card. My daughter was absolutely overjoyed, and it truly felt like a special celebration. Our four-night stay was incredibly satisfying. Although the rooms were a bit dated, it didn't dampen our spirits. The airport transfer service was fantastic.

AAnonymous UserI’m a big fan of wood and greens, therefore everything in the hotel was just perfect for me. Amazed by the decorations and renovations how they managed to turn different giant trees into furniture at the reception and public area. The pool was also cutely designed in shapes with shadow possible, and you can see the ocean directly in front of you. Overall very happy was this stay and would recommend to every couple. We also tried out the massage which has paradise view! Just outside the hotel there were also plenty of dinning and massage options.

LLisa_GThe resort has alot of potential with an exclusive beach, swimming pool and eloquent rooms (some with great views). Breakfasts are great. The manager was good and takes pride in the resort, however when he was not around in the afternoons and evenings service was rare and hard to find. You have to actively go look for restaurant staff to place an order or pay. The restaurant could be alot more profitable if staff actively removed plates and asked clients if they could get them anything e.g dessert, drinks. They charge a service fee, but with little service.
It advertises a gym, but equipment is in disrepair, they should not advertise facilities which are not functional.
There is not much around the resort in terms of restaurants, bars and shops. It is also not an easy location to get to, but yet we found the reception unhelpful in getting transport.
All in all the resort could be great, but service needs to be improved.

JJune Yoon YiI visited here for the second time. Although the transportation is uncomfortable, I wanted to relax in a spacious villa in a quiet area. In particular, the staff were friendly, and they seem to be carefully selected, educated, and treated. In particular, the desk staff was friendly, and it was easy to communicate in English. (Many of the five-star hotels in Phu Quoc have difficulty in communicating with desk staff in English) This is not a fancy and noisy place. Rather, it is a place of quiet peace that is practical and classy. Everything is going accordingly. There are not many types of dishes at breakfast, but the quality is good. Both of the spa and restaurant service are cost-effective. The beach and pool are small but practical, cozy, elagant, and well managed. The resort buildings and interiors are also small and old, but I could feel the soul of the architect.
