XING MACRO HOTEL

Sangkat Chaom Chau
The room was clean, tidy, and the environment was very quiet. The sight by the window was good. The second time I went to the front desk was not as good as the service I encountered. The breakfast was simple. It ended at 9:30 and went at 8:50. There is almost nothing to eat.

Doun Penh
We booked two Superior Twin Rooms, but the room type we received was not correct. One of the two rooms was way below the standard. In fact, it did not even have a window open to the outside air. The window was facing a visiting room. And one of the walls was partitioned with a hardboard, which was quite unsafe. The table provided in the room was rough and of low quality wood. The couple who had to check in to this room had informed the person who was at the reception about this issue at the time of checking in. They asked for the exact room type that we have paid for. But they were simply informed that room type was not available and were left without any other reasonable option. This is quite frustrating after paying for the rooms in full before coming to Cambodia. Most importantly, at the checkout time, the reception did not take any responsibility for my request to refund at least the price difference to the couple who had to stay in this lower standard room. The receptionist (Somaly) said it's not her business and we should not have accepted the room on arrival in the first place. She did not even bother considering the real situation we had to face. We understand this is very unprofessional and unreasonable. In terms of the room service, we had only two tea bags and two water bottles for the entire three days. Both rooms had a very bad smell, which means cleaning is not done properly. So I have to say that the room service also is not so good.
Grand Residence

Khan Tuol Kouk
This apartment is actually quite good. It has a fairly large floor area for only 200-300 RMB. The decoration style is a bit old-fashioned. You can walk to the fun mall in Toul Kork and a number of restaurants nearby. The reason I gave a low score for the service is that when I arrived at 11pm that night, the hotel door was already closed. No one answered my knocks, so I just stood there stupidly on the main road. Fortunately, the customer service of Black Diamond responded very quickly and started to help me immediately. Finally, after waiting at the door for 20 minutes, someone finally came to open the door and let me in (at the same time, Ctrip customer service was ready to arrange a nearby hotel for me). When I went in, they said that the room I originally booked was no longer available. I almost ran away. In the end, I was upgraded to a two-bedroom family room...
Vinny Boutique Hotel

Chamkar Morn
I have been to Phnom Penh many times. Vinny lived for the first time. Breakfast is set at the front desk the day before, the highest is 6$, and the cheapest is 2.5$. The room facilities are very new and very clean. The ability of the front desk to solve and handle inquiries is very strong. The photo was taken in the elevator.

The room is OK, but the shortcoming is that the bath time is short and there is no kettle in the room. You need to go to the front desk to pick up hot water

The location is relatively close, similar to ordinary domestic express hotels, the network is good, the breakfast is average, you can choose here for transit or transit, and you can also drop off the airport for free, not bad
