The best thing about this hotel is its location: right on the isthmus and near the ferry pier. The views from the room were gorgeous. The room itself is decent, but the bed is quite hard, and aspects of the room are dilapidated, especially in the bathroom. Cleanliness was just OK, as I think the bathrooms need a deep clean to feel completely comfortable. The room size is great, and it has a safety deposit box, which was nice. Breakfast was just OK, but with quite a few options.

Phi Phi Cabana Hotel offers a convenient location, just a 5-minute walk from the bustling main pier. The friendly staff provided helpful service, enhancing our overall experience. The hotel's amenities, including the large pool, were satisfactory. However, we were slightly disappointed with the cleanliness of the rooms. The room was full of mosquitos upon arrival. While the hotel's location, service, and amenities were commendable, we believe that a higher standard of cleanliness is necessary to fully elevate the guest experience. Despite this, Phi Phi Cabana Hotel remains a solid choice for those seeking a comfortable stay on Phi Phi Island.

Great location, amazing breakfast and restaurant. 100% recommended, pool have a beautiful view to sea

This hotel is at a very convenient location, a short walk from Tonsai pier, so there are a lot of food options and activities nearby. The rooms are big and clean with an amazing view of the beach. We definately recomment staying here!

Absolutely fantastic in every

The views from the hotel was absolutely amazing along with its location just by the tonsai bay. But the washrooms were not up to the mark. I expected better.

The only reason to stay here is if you have a short one night stop over as it is close to the ferry pier. The rooms are old, poorly maintained, uncomfortable beds but the location is amazing - the view of the beach from the pool is amazing It’s such a shame the hotel is such a dump - someone like Marriott or Hyatt should take it over and make it into something special

Absolutely beautiful hotel in an amazing location but you can hear the bass from the beach parties near by. If you get eat plugs you might be ok but it’s so annoying as it’s all you can hear till about 2am. The breakfast is ok it’s the kind of place you just sort yourself out at. Room cleaning is good if you get up late they will still attend to your room. If you’re looking for a beautiful stay this is the place but just remember at night you might need assistance with the noise.

It was nice to be able to reach Phi Phi Island's Viewpoints 1 and 2 in 20 minutes on foot. The swimming pool at the hotel was great and the breakfast was delicious.

Pro: near to center locations, no chaos , good pool location Con: wifi not working properly, quite old property (only room was good) Overall was good , not something great

This hotel is only five minute walk from the pier come outside. It’s beautiful. Also inside is clean the customer services was friendly and helpful. My room was on third floor which meant walking a lot of steps upstairs and there was no less which was hard for me. The pool of the hotel is lovely it’s got deep side and a Shallow side for kids. Outside the pool at 3 o’clock to 5 o’clock they put out some snacks tea and coffee which was nice. I must add the breakfast wasn’t brilliant it could’ve been better with more variety. My room was lovely, but inside it’s dark I’m surprised they painted the walls chocolate colour it should’ve been white the balcony with a good view of the sea the room I had the bathroom I was surprised it’s very old and needs ramping up to make it look more modern. The air-conditioning is excellent, the TV also his flat screen. Overall, this hotel is based in the best area it’s only a two minute walk as they have McDonald’s and Burger King. Loads of other restaurants shops and street food on the corner. The only change I would make of this hotel is the bathroom it’s very old and the bedroom colour needs to be changed. 

This hotel is fantastic in every aspect. The only downside is that the air conditioner is positioned directly across from the bed, and there aren’t enough electrical outlets in the room

The location of the hotel is amazing, all beaches and amenities are nearby. Also I would like to mention the service, it flawless. The stuff is very efficient and doing the best they can. Breakfast buffet is magnificent with eggs order of your choice. Also they have afternoon tea with no extra charge. On the other hand, the hotel itself is kinda old and things doesn’t work as they supposed too. The mattress is inconvenient, hairdryer kills your hair, AC needs lots of time to cool down the room, power sockets doesn’t work and there is no top light in the room. Also the architect of the swimming pool area was clearly mad making all those sharp finishing on the walls and floors. The hotel needs a serious renovation. So, service is 5* Hotel itself 2* and only because the location

It is a large hotel convenient to who wants to enjoy Phi Phi island center. The closest hotel to the main pier!
