This hotel is right on the beach, close to everything and they even have connecting rooms for bigger families. The wifi is not so great but the breakfast is good. The view from the hotel is amazing.

The breakfast was great, there is complimentary water at reception, the pool and private beach part was amazing, room was nicer in person just a bit run down in parts of it but all minor, AC didn’t work properly & when I asked them to look at it it wasn’t fixed. Also felt like I was bothering the lady at reception when I asked my room to be cleaned, I asked for my sheets to be cleaned and they said yes & never did it. But they did the second day thankfully. 😅 nice budget hotel overall!

Great hotel nice location easy access to beach and centre friendly staff

This hotel is quite far from the center. The rooms don't have views except to other rooms in front of you like literally no privacy ! There was no phone in the room, if you need something you literally need to walk all the way to the reception. The lockers from my room's doors were removed, I don't even know if it was normal but I really didn't feel safe inside my room, it's my first time ever experiencing such a thing... and what's even weirder is that during check in they make you sign some agreement that they are not responsible if you lose something valuable from the room 🤔 when I asked they said because there is a safety box inside the room. If you are used to nice or decent hotels just avoid this one because I think they don't provide the minimum confort that a hotel should provide.

Didn’t provide me the room that I booked for. Too far from the main nightlife area. Room was not cleaned and window was broken.

Great location, large rooms. This is 800 metres away from the pier, very peaceful.

Nice hotel, breakfasts like in Turkey, normal location next to the beach, but to the main bars and places where parties are 15-20 minutes to go. The rooms are not new but ok. We lived in a two-story building on the 1st floor with an exit to the terrace and to the street at once. Super swimming pool on the territory.

Despite the good location, with a beautiful beach in front, the stay was bad because we couldn't sleep well, as the bed was very hard (the mattress feels like a board). So as we didn't rest well at night, we spent the day tired and with pain in our backs and hips, and still have the energy of a 7-year-old child for 5 days... The internet is also very bad! And the bathroom was very dark, even difficult to take a shower. And the pool needs more cleaning and maintenance.

Breakfast is very bad. The rooms are very old. The bathroom is covered in mold. The worst and loudest air conditioner I have ever seen. Far from the center and entertainment venues. Good if you want calmness and relaxation. But when you have to walk to the center several times a day, you get quite tired. There are no sunbeds on its own beach. There were hotels right next door and it was very nice. The pool area is very nice. They welcome you at Ton Sai port and help you carry your belongings. Likewise, after check-out, they bring your luggage to the port according to the time of your return ship.

Nice beach hotel. The pool really let us down and was very hot. It was impossible to cool down from the heat. Breakfast is poor.

The atmosphere is calm, very suitable for relaxing. Relaxing, there is a beach in front of the accommodation to play in the water comfortably. 👍🏼

We stayed at the hotel on March 4-5 as part of an independent tour to Phi Phi. The hotel is magnificent, clean, beautiful. The pool is great, but there are few shaded areas that are occupied by towels or other things. The sea is dirty, if you swim, it is better not on the beach near the hotel. Long Beach is 10 minutes away, the water is clear and clean. The hotel itself has everything you need, morning toilet kits, shampoo, conditioner, shower gel. Normal breakfast.
