The location is too far from the main tourist attractions and there are no activities around. The room is clean, but the towels are dirty and the toilet flushes poorly, the swimming pool is very dirty. The reception staff is friendly, the pool staff is friendly, but the restaurant staff at lunch and dinner hours are not friendly. No food advice for guests. The breakfast is good, but the lunch and dinner are of poor quality, especially if you book a room for 3 meals. The Vietnamese food is not outstanding and too salty, the western menu has strangely small main dishes. The main plus point is the clean beach. And the common space is very good and beautiful, but many of the furniture in the room is degraded but not well maintained. There are no bags for guests to go to the beach. The biggest minus point is that there is NO DESK, either in the room or in the lobby or any other space. Can't work in the room because there is no high table, the staff asked to work in the restaurant while everyone was eating and joking, in general, if the price is cheap, it's ok, but if the price is high, you shouldn't come!

I was satisfied to stay in this guesthouse. The room is new and very clean. The owner is very nice and kind. There is a restaurant in this guesthouse and its price is not expensive. The food is also delicious. Before I checked out, the owner gave us some fruit. I will recommend this place to my friends who want to go Mui Ne. The bathroom is also clean, but the drains don't work properly so it can be flooded. I think it must be repaired as soon as possible.

Already at the hardly-being greeting, the lobby staff fell unfriendly. They could also only have very little English. When check-out they fell without warning that you can only pay cash, which brought us into great time stress. Theoretically, you might be able to transfer, but they couldn't call me their bank data or even issue a bill. I didn't even get any evidence after the payment. The only nice people at the hotel were the two kitchen ladies who tried to get a understanding and smiled one and another. The hotel is very nice for itself and is located directly on the sea. Who wants to experience something outside the hotel, must rent a car or order a taxi.

Stayed for 4 nights with a family of 6 including a dog. Received a lovely welcome by the staff on arrival with fresh fruit and juice. We had 3 wonderful bungalows right on the beautiful beach which was empty most of the time. Spent most of our day around the pool which we had mostly to ourselves. Ate at the hotel restaurant for lunch where the food was delicious and excellent value for money. Overall, we had a great stay and felt really well looked after by all the staff.

Lovely rooms where everything works with well appointed and stylish bathrooms with lots of HOT water. Pleasant gardens which are well maintained and an outdoor kitchen for guests use if required. It was so so good Although the accommodation feels a bit old, it is a resort with a local feel. The swimming pool is large, the breakfast is varied... it's the best. Steamed Rice Noodles Bebnam Rice Noodles. The hotel staff were so friendly and the accommodation was so nice... ha 🥲 I recommend it if you come to Mui Ne. Actually, I booked a bus to Nha Trang first and looked for accommodation near the bus stop, but when I got there, the bus company gave me the wrong bus stop address... It was after 9:30 p.m. local time when I asked the counter where this place was, and when I found out (the morning bus the next day), I had a meltdown. I contacted the bus company, found out the actual bus stop location, and eventually made a reservation for a new sleeping bus, so I am leaving a review on the bus to Nha Trang safely. The sleeping bus I recognized stopped in front of the hotel, so I was able to get there comfortably. You are very kind. I am so glad that the translator is well developed. Stay healthy always!
