Hotels in Ke Ga Cape, Phan Thiet

We stayed 4 nights at this hotel Overall the facilities are second to none and the staff is really friendly. But there were some things that surprised us a bit. Example 1 Upon arrival we got the opportunity to pay 30 % upfront. If we didn’t do that, we didn’t have the opportunity to put drinks, food etc. on the room, but we would instead have to pay cash (or credit card) each time. We asked why, but we didn’t really get an explanation about why that was the policy. We have never tried to pay deposit like that on a 5 star hotel before. Example 2 As mentioned earlier there are nothing to put on the staff. They are super service minded, polite and friendly. But when we are at a hotel like this, we expected the staff to at least speak some English. Of course some of them spoke ok English, but in general we used a lot of pictures and Google translate, just to be able to communicate properly. Example 3 Mini bar selection. When you open the freeze in the room it is empty. So the concept is that you shall contact them every time you want something. The selection was a little poor in our opinion. For instance no chips, Oreos etc, but just mainly something to drink.

The resort is all extensive that you do not even need to leave the resort. The location itself is great if you want to have a quiter retreat, away from the bustling of Mui Ne. It takes about 15 - 20 minutes drive to central Mui Ne. Though, everything is here and you can spend days without going out. Every morning, I am awaken by the birds chirping and sounds of the crickets instead of the hustling and bustling of the city or traffic so this is good. I find that the staff were extremely helpful, breakfast was great and the guest relation officers who are always ever-willing to provide some insights. Their tours are somewhat comparable to outside prices (especially for a personalised one as compared to shared tours). There is a lift directly opposite to my room, and I could hear people drunkenly walking to the lift or talking while waiting for it. The resort has predominently European tourists who at times could be rowdy and difficult as they kept cutting me when I wanted to check-in disallowing the receptionist to focus on me. Nevertheless, the treatment provided by the staff are the same. I only have one major issue where I had booked a massage and the masseuse waited in the room for me to undress instead of allowing me time to prepare myself which is the norm. There were also no drinks (as per normal customs) provided after the massage for a resort that is of such high luxury.

Love the privacy. Very friendly and helpful staff. Very relaxing spa (we did the Vietnamese massage). Amazing restaurant, pool, and private beach. Room was very cozy and beautiful and with a very nice pool view. Perfect and best resort! Highly recommend~

Excellent resort with two nice and large swimming pool . The room is spacious and clean. Very nice view to the ocean and the garden/swimming pool . There is play ground for kids. The reservation was very helpful and friendly. The TET decor is impressive. I also like free afternoon tea. Excellence service and we will come back for sure.

1. Location As you know, it's a bit far from Bokeh Street, which many people go to. You can't walk, but there's always a taxi waiting on the street, so if you ask the lobby to call a taxi, it will come right away. The taxi fare is about 80,000 dong, including Sinbad Kebab. It's worth going back and forth. We did it for 2 days. I went out to dinner and had a massage the whole time. It was a complete vacation! Otherwise, you can enjoy it more deliciously and cheaper if you pay for a taxi. 2. Cleanliness It looked very clean in the photo, but I was surprised that it was older than I expected. This was my 4th trip to Vietnam, and maybe it's because Mui Ne is the most rural... Among the hotels I stayed at in a similar price range and star rating, the condition was the worst. It wasn't just dirty, it was just a bit old... . 3. Service The staff are friendly. There was a staff member who spoke Korean during check-in. This staff member seems to only be there during the day, but she is not fluent. There were some words that I did not understand, but it is comfortable because there is a staff member who speaks Korean. 4. Auxiliary facilities It's equipped with a lot of things, so it's nice to have some fun when you have time. A place for kids to play? There was the same thing, it was on a pocket table, and there was also a movie theater. You can also enjoy activities such as casting, fishing, and kayaking if you sign up. However, I didn't see anyone doing it in particular. The biggest reason I chose Cliff was the swimming pool. I love swimming so I always choose places with large pools. The size of the swimming pool is good and there are plenty of beds, but the water quality is so... bad. This is the first time I've been to a hotel swimming pool where I can't see this far. There are two large swimming pools and two small swimming pools. The water quality in both was poor, so I felt a bit uncomfortable while playing... 5. Breakfast There is quite a variety of food and the food changes little by little and I enjoyed it.

The best hotel in Mui Ne, the best-managed beach, the beach is wide, the lifeguards at the swimming pool and the beach are hardworking and always on duty, and the hotel also has life jackets available. The room service staff are also very attentive. The only disadvantage of the bathroom is that the shower room is too open, and the water from the shower will splash all over the floor. I have to ask the customer service staff to help dry it. They are very responsible and careful in their work.

We stayed 7 nights. It was our 3rd stay at the resort. Our bungalow was clean, comfortable and appeared to have been recently refurbished. Pool area excellent, garden and facilities well maintained. They provide the best buffet breakfast in Vietnam. Delightful staff. The Blossom Spa is modern and staff very professional.

I went to rest quietly, so basically in the room watching coconut trees reading books and playing mobile phones, evening in the beach walk. The total breakfast buffet is small, and the restaurant menu does not have pictures. There is a small shop opposite the hotel that tastes good, that is, there are more dust.

1/ The location of this resort in the sea area has a lot of solid waste, the sand on the shore has many black sand like oil or not clean. This is a heavy minus point that I will hardly come back to the resort again. 2/ Dining services including breakfast buffet, gym, yoga is generally good. 3/ The minus point is heavy and I will not choose to come back to this resort is that the room has power outages many times during the night (turn off and open and then turn it off ....) I went in mid-July, the season started to rain so it was hot and I couldn't sleep because there was no air conditioning. One night I had to wake up many times to turn on the air conditioner because the kids couldn't sleep. 4/ The bed is equipped with mattresses and pillows, what kind of anti-slip layer that makes it rusty every time you come back ... in general, it makes people sleep unable to sleep well. But if you don't sleep well, people are dreaming, some of my friends say that this resort has a problem (about spiritual ...) so you sleep asleep circle :). I am also so I don't know how. 5/ My family almost got arrested for a pair of slippers because the children brought a moving between the rooms (the children found the slippers). I think I agree to pay compensation for the slippers but it must be completely new slippers, and the slippers at the resort are old and very old slippers, I don't know how to compensate if I lose the slippers, I must be very annoyed. I said so because no one will definitely take such old sandals for what. Unfortunately I didn't have a picture of the pair of slippers. This room has two bedrooms, and the bedroom inside has no windows. A small living room in the middle but the soundproofing is not good. The overall house feels dark. The architectural style of the hotel outside is very good. It is a refurbished hotel. The combination of gray walls and wooden doors is very advanced. The hotel is not big, it is very close to the front desk or the beach. There are two swimming pools, one 1.9 deep, one 1.2 deep, and a children's water park is more fun. Sometimes the beach is completely submerged, but there is still sand after the tide. The restaurant breakfast is average, the choice is relatively small, and the price of a la carte is expensive. It would be better if the dishes were richer. Overall, the family tour is good here.
