The hotel is really well located! The pool is very nice and pleasant, the water is very good. On the other hand, the cleanliness really remains to be desired which is a shame!

No shower gel or shampoo, does not help when asked. A little disappointed. Outdoor swimming pool under construction

Would give 0 if I could. I stayed here from 20th August 2024 until 17th September 2024 in a studio. Upon arrival I noticed the images on the website are older and the hotel was not in the best condition, however, with the cheap prices this is to be expected. The pool bar was also closed the entire duration of my stay. My air-conditioning did turn on however barely made a difference, not falling below 27°C the entire first week. I did not tell the reception at first as I assumed that, like everything else in this hotel, it was just old and in need of replacement and all rooms would be the same. There were a few minor problems (electric cut out etc.) and one of the men from reception came up to fix the fuse, I mentioned the A.C and he told me this was not normal and would have somebody come to look at it. After a few days nobody had came to check it so I went back down to reception, where I was told someone would be sent in the morning. The next afternoon, someone came to look at it, for about 1 second and said he would send someone else to fix it, then left. A couple of days later I went to stay a couple of nights Limassol (a different city), upon my return the air conditioning was still not working properly. Now 2 weeks after I was first told it would be fixed, I went and asked the manager, she send 2 people straight away and they fixed it within seconds. Considering it was such an easy fix and the maintenance people had been around my entire stay so far, I was wondering why it took 2 weeks and me speaking to 4 different people for someone to actually fix it (3 weeks into my 4 week stay). While on the way from reception to my room with a maintenance lady stopped, pulled a plaster off her foot and threw it on the floor less than a metre away from a bin (photo attached). Firstly, this is disgusting in anyway, however, right in front of a guest just shows the lack of respect for hygiene from staff in this hotel. A week later, this plaster was still there on the floor (also attached). One evening I saw a mouse running round in my room (photo attached), although I’m sure good hygiene would help, I understand they are small and can get in through small spaces. However, I am seriously unhappy with how this situation was dealt with, or should I say not dealt with. I went down to reception and told the man, to which he shrugged his shoulders and said “there’s nothing I can do”. I clearly was unhappy with this response so he elaborated saying “we’re fully booked and I’m the only person working, so I can’t help you, it’s not a lion, you can leave it until tomorrow”. This response is not only rude, but unacceptable and lazy, it is the hotel’s responsibility to sort this out and not expect a guest to cook, eat and sleep in a room with a mouse running around. The mouse could have diseases, excrete and urinate in my room, as well as chew and damage my things. I went back and asked if he could at lease get a broom or something to shoo it out onto the balcony,

The hotel went into receivership today 6th March. I would say during my stay (2days to go ) the staff have been very helpful such a shame they lose jobs on Monday. The hotel is / was run down and needs a lot of money spent on it....its also a 50 min walk into coral bay if you don't have a car.

Not a winter break spot. Bus ride or approx 50 min walk to Coral Bay *****. Not a lot open. No outdoor pools (work being done) Studio S/C little niggle with first room but sorted & moved. Shower was coming away from the wall. Definitely needs updating.

I feel as someone staying currently I need to leave a review. I saw the pictures amd thought this place looked amazing and couldn't believe the price I paid. Admittedly feb half term is cheap compared to most. I then looked up the facilities almost a year after booking and saw the hotel rated itself as 4* and the reviews were terrible. We travel all the time and mostly stay in bog standard accommodation as we are a family of 5 tied to school holiday prices. We have stayed very basic. The first thing I want to agree with is the accommodation is tired. We stayed in a 2 bed apartment and there was a lot of damage from precious leaking water. However as someone who regularly goes to Greece- appreciate not Cyprus- I know that our standard of decor is a lot more modern than the more traditional style in place in these destinations. The room was cleaned daily quickly and efficiently. As a self catering guest I appreciated this a lot as I'm used to doing everything myself. The sheets and towels were changed on day 4 of our stay. The kitchen was ill equipped for those that want to self cater. There was a toaster, kettle, microwave and 2 hobs. Unfortunately the electrics tripped all the time if you used the 2 hob rings at a time which meant cooking has to be done in stages as if camping. Doable but be prepared. Not ideal as a family of 5. The fridge didn't open properly without getting stuck on the floor and had only a small ice box at the top. The WiFi didn't appear to work in the room nor the taoster but we later learned it was as we had tripped the electrics using both hob rings The weather as expected was hit and miss and this was where I can really rate the hotel. The outdoor pool was drained as expected in the mild weather. The indoor pool was heated to the same heat as my pool at the gym and was perfect for swimming in The jacuzzi was hot and had a lot of jets and was big. This gave us something to do when the weather was cloudy. The best part we never once shared the pool area with anyone else which is truly the 4* feel having your own wellness area. The staff were really helpful reuniting us with a lost teddy on bed change day. My only negative would be to say the mini market has NOTHING in it. We ran out of toothpaste and they had none. There was no food at all that you could have used for self catering purposes. Literally milk and bread. We asked where the nearest supermarket was and was told it was 12 euro in a taxi. The supermarket was well stocked and offered free delivery with people included following your shop. However it is not cheap. 145 euros on first basic shop. Delivery is also slow. We later discovered there is a super market within walkable distance- the first is not! However it is really for essentials as I would expect the mini market on site to be. Ie bread. Basic fruit and veg. Toothpaste ect. Had we known this was available we would not have revisited the big supermarket twice to restock Also worth noting there is nothing wit

Don't stay in this Hotel plain and simple. My friends and their families book this hotel without reading the reviews so we thought we will take the chance since we want to be with them and maybe it isn't that bad after all as described. We were excited just to break the winter for a week. We arrived late at night we noticed straight away the outside hotel lit up sign needs upgrading badly. It's more depressingly at daytime looking at dated interior, outside pool not operating , ripped room curtains, horrible looking blanket not to mention a toilet that will hardly flush, deserted looking gym and the unhappy looking staff. The night staff named Asperus is the most awful , horrible staff I have came across and should not be working in the hospitality industry at all. He made the final straw for us to cut our stay short on this Panareti Hotel and look for a better accommodation to save the rest or our holiday in Cyprus. I felt bad for my friends and their families who stayed all inclusive. Lesson learn , should read the review before booking.

Starting with the positive, and the only reason for any stars, is the pool area! This is cleaned regularly and maintained very well - it’s cold but I was able to swim every day during my holiday. The negatives, to which most reviews state are the conditions of the rooms! Ours was very dated and needed more than just a lick of paint! The kitchen area, and I say that loosely, so let’s were hanging out if the wall and every time plugging in the kettle thought any minute now the electrics are going to go bang! We were room only so can’t comment on food, cleaners were daily and friendly I’d love to go back to Coral Bay but definitely won’t be staying here! Shame as it has so much potential just needs some investment
