Positives:
A great hotel to stay to get away from the Bukit Bintang jams. Conveniently connected with 1Utama, which has all sorts of restaurants and shops.
Hotel generously placed 2 rooms side by side for our family.
Requested ice bucket to the room which came so quickly.
Negatives:
We stayed at room 2119 for 3D2N. When I first stepped in, there was a dusty and damp smell. The smell got better when we left the toilet doors closed, but were subjected to smelling it in a more concentrated form when in the toilet.
Our check out time was at 12PM. Usually on checkout day, there is no refreshing of room. On the morning of check out, we went out and returned at 11.30AM. We found one of our room was refreshed, and our items and grapes in the fridge were thrown away. Liaising between the reception and cleaning crew could be better.

this hotel is absolutely fantastic! the room is wide, the single beds are wide, all the facilities are contemporary. the cleanliness is very good. all the staff are welcoming. when i ask for directions to One Utama, they offered me a van to help me(with baby in the carrier) and my family to get there. i will repeat this hotel again.

Public transport walkable distance, connected to a huge mall! Love the decor, super clean! Welcome drink. Superb water pressure! Playroom for kids! Pool under shade and suitable depth for kids (including babies) Price wise also didn’t burn a hole in the wallet so 💞💞💞

Second time staying here. Super convenient as it is connected to one utama shopping mall. Mrt and grab is so easy to travel around too. Rooms are clean and comfortable. First pick whenever I go to KL.

The location is very convenient as it is just 5 mins walk to the MRT station and about 15 mins walk to shopping centre 1Utama which has major brands like Tommy Hilfiger, Hai Di Lao, H&M etc. The rooms are spacious and clean! I like that the room deco are up to date being one of the newest hotel in that district. Amenities are aplenty for families with younger kids. Saltwater infinity pool is beautiful (but need to do regular cleaning as there were moss inside the pool, that was the only downside of the amenities provided) The staffs have been friendly, efficient and guest oriented! I do hope they keep up the great level of service and maintenance of the hotel! I will definitely come back again for my next stay!

Beautiful and very clean. So cozy. We 💘 everything about everything. Welcoming music and notes specially on my name on tv screen was really impressive❤️ Only few minutes walk to the mall.

Very nice hotel. Good room size. I was especially impressed by the fitness center. It has so many equipments that you will definitely spoilt for choices.

Near to One Utama shopping mall and there is a lot to shop. Overall, it's all good. The only thing that could be improved might be the hotel's GPS landmark. Sometimes the Grab driver might not know where the lobby is as it's on the upper ground.
