The front well welcome but the hotel don’t have staff to help guests to show room by telling the way so it hard for guests to find room myself, my recommend should have one staff go with guests to show room.

First of all, friendly staff and nice modern lobby. Also, the rooms are clean and tidy. However, the hotel is really dated, eg only two elevators and NONE of the displays work properly (level 7)

The gym is very spacious, the pool was not bad. The staff were accommodative. Just need to be careful of the entrance which is a bit hard to find.

Newly renovated and spacious room, a comfortable bed, equipped with mini fridge, hairdryer, ironing board and multichannel TV, 1.2 metre depth pool on the second floor is clean and suitable for beginners, great services from the front desk and concierge, easy accessible to MRT station and eateries. Highly recommended for travellers to PJ area.

Location is out of everything. U need to have a car to get around. Booked this hotel becos of low rates. Entrance to parking is narrow. Bed is comfy amenities are good.

The hotel room is spacious and clean. The bed is comfortable and the aircon is good. We were given complimentary Wi-Fi in the room. I liked the long shelf given to put our luggage. But the TV had its smart features locked, so I couldn’t use Netflix or YouTube. Also, our stay coincided with their ongoing renovation, which meant the lift was crowded, as the entire west wing is closed. There was also some drilling sounds in the morning. Another problem, is the check-in and check-out process is extremely slow. The amenities are quite nice. The pool is small but cozy with a pool bar available. The gym is big, but the spa was unavailable. The dinner at the Chinese restaurant was really bad. It was a stingy set. The breakfast buffet is better. I don’t recommend the half board option. Overall, I enjoyed my stay, but there is room for improvement.
