Overall good experience staying just the road to the hotel is a mess like easy to go to wrong way

Enjoyed the stay at affordable price. Beautiful lobby while checking in, clean & comfy with all the necessities provided. Just a little disappointed with the city view (tall building view only) & d hardy bed. overall, it was a good stay

The place is a bit difficult to find since there are constructions still ongoing, entered the parking lot and got scolded by the rude foreigner guard as i did not stop the car for him to get my name which is not stated earlier. Otherwise the room is spacious and clean except for the mouldy fridge. Smart TV with netflix is a plus point. The bed seriously need some adjustment perhaps with mattress topper as its not comfortable at all. Other than the rude foreigner guard and the bed, i would say its a fair stay with the given price.

Big room and overall nicee. Just the entrance of car park a bit difficult to find.

Water heater is not function when my parents prepare to shower they just endure taking cold shower due to rushing to wedding dinner, after come back they feedback to reception but it cant solve the problem due to fully booking so my parent need ti endure one more time cold shower. Please check all the facilities is well function before new batch customer stay. We very disappointed for this new place 😔

I booked Mossaz Suites Hotel by mykeyglobal from 8-11 October. The floor was dusty, and I requested cleaning since the dust was terrible, and my body started feeling itchy. My feet also turned black from walking on the floor. Despite contacting them today from 9 a.m. until almost 1 p.m., there was absolutely no response from customer service. I called multiple times using two different numbers, +60 12-732 8155 and +60 18-208 9911, and none of the calls were answered, even though I tried again. I am extremely disappointed. Very bad service. Until the day i check out not even apologized, not even replying my message but also I dont get the bedsheet change. Not even explanation!! Very bad service!! I attached both from the number. 1 number said will send team to assist. But no. Liar!! The second one until check out not even replying. What a bad service. Evaluate yourself. Wont repeat from this mykey global. The cust service from the same place (forte seasons mossaz) is much better! I am a loyal customer if the service is good. But here extremely dissapointed and wont repeat from this mykey global

Good services provided, even after working hour is able to check in with security guard who at reception. Overall satisfied and friendly services!

Overall, it's a good place to stay amd is recommended. However, for first timer here, it's kinda hard to spot the entrance or lobby as it's still under construction. Some drilling/noise might affect stay here but it's not that loud. Transportation wise here, I would say the road planning is a bit lousy where the road is not even here, so need to be extra careful. Lastly, kudos to the abang security and staff here, they give superb service though.
