love the ambience of the place, the lobby and elevator smell so good. we got access to the yoga deck, gym and pool which was amazing. loved the facilities there. we couldn’t turn on the light in one of our bedroom. that wasn’t a big deal. overall 9.5/10 ⭐️

We had a wonderful stay at Mossaz Mana-Mana Suites in Kuala Lumpur! Our room was not only large and spacious, but it also matched exactly the pictures we had seen beforehand. It was absolutely clean and equipped with everything we needed. One minor downside was that we didn't have a sponge for cleaning the used pots. When we inquired about it, we were informed that they would be delivered again in 2-3 days. Additionally, during our three-day stay, we only received half a liter of water and coffee for brewing upon check-in. However, we always received plenty of towels upon request, as well as any information we needed about the surrounding area, etc. The pool and the gym, with their breathtaking views, were another highlight of our stay. The Wi-Fi was consistently good, and we were pleasantly surprised that we could even watch Netflix! We also always had hot water, a functioning air conditioner, a fan, and a super-fast working stovetop, which further enhanced our comfort. Nearby, there was a 7-Eleven and another grocery store, as well as a laundromat. The location of the hotel was a bit tricky to find at first, but once we understood it, everything was super easy and hassle-free. Especially noteworthy is the incredibly friendly staff who are directly associated with the hotel. They were always helpful and kind, making our stay even more enjoyable. Overall, we can highly recommend Mossaz Mana-Mana Suites! It was a fantastic experience, and we would come back anytime.

The actual was so different from what is being shown. The location was so ulu, there were not much shops within walkable distance and the only way to walk, is on the main road with many traffic. The cleanliness was bad where there were many strands of hair found on the tables and bed. The pillows and blanket had some kind of stain as well. Service was bad too, as there were 2 of us, they only gave 1 set of toothbrush. Went to reception to request for another set, and they said we will provide if there is stock. What hotel doesn't have stock for toiletries which is supposed to be provided as indicated! The bathing towels were also placed on the table which was very dusty instead of hanging on the toilet racks.. Will not recommend to others to staying here..

I have a short trip here in 2 nights. Everything is good except the location. The staff at the counter she is so supportive and friendly. The room is clean, I asked to change the bed wrapper and they immediately change it. You can only go out of this area by grab, the tip is go to B3 and you will see the Grab standee there. Take the picture and send to the drive via the app then you will be fine, if not then the driver might get confusion. I was confused at the 1st day but after that everything perfect. Thank you so much for the friendliness and support.

Everything is good, except the blanket got a bit of smell and blood stain 🥲

Room amenities and cleanliness to be improved. Lifts serving all floors were slow especially during peak hours.

1st stay is awesome as not much ppl and room sparking clean. 2nd stay room smelly suspect use wrong cleaning detergent. Swimming pool flooded with ppl no longer first time feel so serene and floor is wet everywhere. Anyway, for this price is a good catch

Had a great time with my kids here. Room are clean just that the small pillow a little smelly. Air cond was superb very very cold even at 20 degrees. Water heater not that hot even set to the max. Tv channels were plenty from netflix.

The entrance road is very hard and confusing. We lost two times before we finally can arrive. Room is good but no washing machine. Fridge smell moldy and very faulty. Construction & renovation everywhere so very noisy at morning.

They should put towels and things before customers arrives
