Good services, pleasant stay..just surrounding dun hv nearest convenient store, quiet place..without own transport seems like not so convenient. But for me, it's a good experience to stay here, it will be an additional mark if breakfast is included at a reasonable price.

Overall, the stays were pleasant except for two items: 1) only two drinking bottles were provided. Got to beg for additional water bottles. Other hotels in the Klang valley of the similar category, provides unlimited drinking water. 2) When asked for an additional comforter to be sent to our room, a worn out brown blankets was sent. Obviously we won’t dare to use it. Escalate this matter to Mr. Seelam, the PIC the second night, and the housekeeping sent another unacceptable blanky which I called it the twin sister. Utterly disappointed.

The hotel has a good environment. The surrounding hotels and shopping malls are not far away. The room is relatively clean. The large floor-to-ceiling windows are very bright and quiet. The lady at the front desk is very warm and friendly and speaks excellent English.

Great location, chosen to stay over here as it is closer to UM, my family came to KL to celebrate convocation together. The room was clean and with all the amenities I could possibly need. What really made my stay special was the hospitality. The host went above and beyond to make sure I had everything I needed. Overall, I was very pleased with the stay and I would absolutely stay here again on my next visit.

It's essentially Airbnb style apartment though I booked through Trip. Self check in and out process which they gave clear and detailed instructions and the team was pretty responsive via WhatsApp. Note that they do not provide any disposable amenities so bring your own toothbrush/toothpaste. And own hairdryer too. They do provide hand soap, body wash and shampoo. We got a 2 bedroom apartment, which we realized was a duplex apartment only when we got here. So one of the rooms is upstairs where you'll need to go up 1.5 flights of stairs. Each room came with a queen sized double bed that was firm and 2 towels. The room above came with an ensuite bathroom inside the room, while for the ground floor room, the bathroom is outside the room. Bathroom was spacious with a standing shower. Our apartment was on the 25th floor that had a great view of the city, and you could see as far as Genting when the weather is good. The swimming pool at the rooftop was great too, odd shaped but on one side it's a full lap length, there's also a jacuzzi at one end.

The hotel room was spacious and comfortable, clean and tidy, with very friendly and helpful customer service. I liked how spacious it was, and the amenities were plentiful—even bathrobes were provided, which many hotels no longer offer. There was also a beautiful infinity pool, and it was very relaxing to sit there and enjoy a drink. It’s a pity we only stayed for two days. Being far from the city center was actually a plus. Just a 10-minute walk away is the largest mall, 1 Utama. There are plenty of basic facilities, so no need to worry about going hungry—lots of great restaurants—and there’s no shortage of places to explore. The hotel’s buffet breakfast was decent—not bad at all. If you’re looking for a short getaway, it’s a great choice. I would definitely return. For the price and value, it’s well worth it!
