Disgusting stay clear, !!!!!!!! they got our booking mixed up but said they had upgraded us… oh my gosh if that was an upgrade I would hate to see the other rooms. It was number 28, dark and dingy , the whole place was dirty. Downstairs had 2 sofas and a table with 2 unmatched chairs. The fridge was stained so was the little bench top. Upstairs got even worse, the bedroom had an awful smell, peeling units and a huge tv on the wall! The bathroom was the worst, the bath and toilet were both stained, the shower was covered with lime scale and had no metal case on the tube. We had to stay the night as it was midnight when we got there, when we got up the next morning it seemed even worse. The pool outside had a big brown ring just above the water level. We went straight to complain, that’s when they told us we had been upgraded. It doesn’t even deserve 1 star never mind 3 ! However the location to the beach is really good. That wasn’t enough to keep us there, we left and found another hotel costing us more money, but could not stay there for another 10 days ..

Just returned from a week here, nice little hotel rooms are a bit dated, double stove was a bit rusty but never used, shower curtain needed changing but all in all a great little base, staff were friendly. We had a sea view room only 2 floors up but no lift but was fine

Arrived late at night the night porter chucked the keys at us and informed us of the room number, unable to assist with anything. Attended breakfast on the first morning only to be shouted at "BREAKFAST AT 8 OCLOCK" . Several occasions during the week we tried to obtain a drink from the pool bar in the afternoon only to be told the staff only start at 5. When relaxing round the pool the site of the maintenance man marching round the pool ( looks like he's stood on lego) is very unpleasant. I have never visited a more miserable establishment in 30 years of travelling. The last day we had to check out at 12 so I asked reception is there somewhere to shower before the transfer arrived, I was informed the POOL shower was available and no fresh towel provided. Only positive, the couple in the supermarket were very nice.

We decided to stay at this beautiful aparthotel and our choice turned out to be quite successful. It's quiet all around, the atmosphere is pleasant and relaxing. The hotel service was impeccable. All the staff were polite and helpful. The room was clean and comfortable, with everything you need for a comfortable stay.  Staff made our holiday unforgettable and fully met our expectations. We will be happy to return here next time and will recommend this hotel to all our friends.

We stayed in a big apartment with a beautiful sea view. The staff went above and beyond to make our stay awesome. We had a tasty dinners there too. The hotel is located in a peaceful spot just 10 minutes away from the beach and only 2 kilometers from the main tourist area of Protaras. There are many activities around. Thanks a lot!

The facilities and location was perfect for us, nice and quiet. Apartments were spacious, comfortable and clean. The beds were super comfy and the staff were extremely friendly. Each member of staff was very welcoming and nice. Amazing value for money!
