Disgusting stay clear, !!!!!!!! they got our booking mixed up but said they had upgraded us… oh my gosh if that was an upgrade I would hate to see the other rooms. It was number 28, dark and dingy , the whole place was dirty. Downstairs had 2 sofas and a table with 2 unmatched chairs. The fridge was stained so was the little bench top. Upstairs got even worse, the bedroom had an awful smell, peeling units and a huge tv on the wall! The bathroom was the worst, the bath and toilet were both stained, the shower was covered with lime scale and had no metal case on the tube. We had to stay the night as it was midnight when we got there, when we got up the next morning it seemed even worse. The pool outside had a big brown ring just above the water level. We went straight to complain, that’s when they told us we had been upgraded. It doesn’t even deserve 1 star never mind 3 ! However the location to the beach is really good. That wasn’t enough to keep us there, we left and found another hotel costing us more money, but could not stay there for another 10 days ..

After 16 years of living in a bungalow it was a shock to find a steep narrow staircase in the apartment leading to the bedroom and bathroom. Severe lack of storage for clothes, just one wardrobe with only 7 hangers and one drawer. Downstairs air conditioner stopped working after first week, turns out it was turned off as a matter of policy. Toilet in bathroom badly stained due to poor maintenance. Telephone in apartment didn't work (wanted to call reception) I will not be using this property again
