Perfect place

We arrived back yesterday and wanted to share our experience of this hotel, we upgraded to a deluxe suite with a sea view which didn’t cost a huge amount and well worth the money although the balcony was small it worked for us, the room was bright and clean with great beach and sea views, the hotel was beautifully clean, the staff were all really polite, friendly and helpful ( I have to mention Alex one of the waiters who is a wonderful representative for the hotel and Tui, along with the lovely lady from the kitchen team who looked out for us every morning to prepare freshly poached eggs for my wife) the sun beds were really comfortable with more than enough to go around so no horrible rush in the morning as in most other hotels in this bracket, location is everything for this hotel and it’s placed right on the edge of a beautiful beach and cove which is why we chose the hotel, the sea is crystal clear and safe, perfect for snorkelling and swimming, really loved hotel, we had a really relaxing week which is what we were looking for, thanks to all the staff from the infinity blu, we will definitely be returning whenever we are in Cyprus

Wow what can I say 1st time at this hotel absolutely amazing Room was beautiful very clean and very big .Hotel grounds spotless . All staff take pride in there job and are very friendly. Food is very good something for every one . Can not fault this hotel ticked all our boxes .Already booked to come again next year countdown begin

As returning guests we knew exactly what to expect & look forward to & as always the Infinity Blu does not disappoint. From the moment we walked through the door to the very warmest of welcomes from Christine we felt at home again. The fact this is a family run hotel, that welcomes return guests time & time again is evident from the warm greetings, smiles & hugs from all the team. We love this warm inclusive feeling. Our room as always was spotless, light, airy & beautifully looked after for the fortnight we were there. The space in the room makes us feel, even as a couple, that we are not living on top of each other. Sun loungers are plentiful & all areas of the pool & gardens are beautifully kept, the pride that is taken by all team members is evident. The food whether it be breakfast, lunch or dinner, is fresh, varied & plentiful. I have a food allergy & was particularly grateful for Roberto & Andreas looking out for what I was able to eat. Cannot speak highly enough of all of the team, Eva always had a smile & a friendly greeting in the morning too. It was so lovely to see so many familiar faces, its not just the guests who return every year, we were pleased to see Maria, Mira & Krasimir too, who always make us feel at home. Sonia leads by example & was always on her feet, but took the time to say hello & make you feel welcome. This was our fifth visit to the hotel & we have already booked for September next year & can't wait to go back.

First time at this hotel and wow from the minute we walked in the door we were made to feel very welcome Christine was lovely very friendly and helpful .We were given a welcome drink much needed after our journey and checked in very quickly .The ambience of the hotel is amazing, beautifully decorated and styled in restful shades of blues whites and creams and immaculately clean The staff are amazing as is the service Alex is a lovely young man very attentive and knew what drinks we liked so big shout out to him . We had a deluxe suite with sea view and this did not disappoint the views were stunning and the rooms immaculate We loved it so much we booked for next year before we even got home Thank you so much to all the team at this little gem of a hotel See you all next year

The hotel has an excellent location for a very peaceful and relaxing holiday. The views of the sea from the hotels veranda are spectacular and there was always plenty of sun loungers available with umbrellas. The food was excellent and varied and the hotels was very clean throughout. The service was overall good, but let down by a person on the reception team. The reasons for a four star rating is there were little things that we felt could be improved. Comparable to other Louis Hotels, very poor drink service in the day around the pool area and completely non existent around the grass area. Having to request a change of pool towels everyday, felt old fashioned. The drinks quality also seemed to be lacking. We’d also paid extra for a sea view room and to be honest, most of the rooms views are obstructed by a neighbouring hotel. We’d paid extra for a late checkout, but it was such a hassle with the reception team, it left a very bad taste at the end of the holiday. I would return to the hotel for a future holiday, dependant on the price bracket.

just back from this lovely place what can I say the hotel is clean and friendly the room exceptional the beds are so comfy the food was superb so much choice the staff were amazing especially Alex who was very kind and very attentive and always knew what drink I wanted so a big shout out for him the hotel and staff could not do enough for us and there was enough sunbeds to go round just a quick walk to the best beach I have ever seen if you want a nice quiet relaxing holiday look no further will definitely be coming back in the future once again thank you for making my holiday I won't forget

Our second visit to this lovely place. Beautiful rooms, great food, quiet and relaxing. We’re back for our 3rd time in September and can’t wait. No rushing for sunbeds. Immaculately clean. Great choice of food at every meal. What’s not to like!
