Very good service beautiful room and we enjoyed the food and drink

HONESTLY THIS WAS THE BEST TRIP EVER! I went with my family of 5 for a 2 week holiday there and I will Never regret going. First of all I would like to thank Flavio and frank and all other entertainment team because they made every night social and every day active packed. We could do yoga, French boules, volleyball, darts and pool (killer pool) during the day. Food was honestly the also super! Eachday at the kamaras restaurant the food will change and that's really good if you Want to try new things. Already said I wanna go back to Cyprus over 1000 times my parents are finding it annoying but out of my other two times in Cyprus this tops it. Gosh I have so much more to say but words can't express how good this was. Staff-they were so kind each and every one was perfect. Thanks pernera beach Hotel for making this trip beautiful and tell Flavio and Frank Sara said Hi Ps. I still have my wristband after 10 days I left, wanna have a piece of cyprus always with me ❤️

We have been here about 5 times our recent visit was July 2024 we had an amazing time everyday was just fabulous The food is perfect there’s something for everyone We’re going back this year we love it such a beautiful and stunning place I definitely recommend

At the hotel at the moment (383), here for a week and in general the hotel is decent. Food: we only ever ate at the snack bar from 14:30 and the buffet restaurant in the evening and food at both was decent. Drinks: Were fine, a lot of variety but there was a lack of consistency when making cocktails. The draft soft drinks were tiny with 50% of the volume filled with ice. All other drinks were a reasonable size. Rooms: Aircon: I'm amazed people have said the air conditioning was OK. I admit I'm not used to hot places and don't cope well with heat, it's been 35-36c all week, but I'd expect the aircon to at least do what it says it can do. 1st time I asked if aircon could be looked at a maintenance guy came and said it was broke, he did something and it did seem to approve by about 1c. So you've got a panel saying 20c, the room temp saying 23c. Asked again whether it could be lowered, they sent 2 other people who showed me how to use the panel... "I know but can it get any lower than 23c? No" The only place with decent aircon is the reception area. So far I've had 5 nights of awful sleep, another 2 to go. Also had friends in the swim up room who's aircon didn't go below 27c?! Bed: Decent enough, I believe there is a pillow service if you need something different. Cleanliness: Hit and miss, right now I can see long black hairs on the floor (which aren't mine) , a dead fly, other debris Bathroom: No cold water from the tap, shower floor is floaty like it has trapped air pockets it, but other than that it's fine. TV: LG smart TV, locked down to hotel menus. HDMI connections can be used. Miracast doesn't work. Safety: Lamp has single insulated cables on show. Staff: All the service staff are polite and hard working, can't fault them. Wifi: Connectivity seems decent enough. My name has an apostrophe in it and they use Surnames for the password, their system can't cope with ' so the reception staff signed it in with a different account. Pool: I don't mind having a "Booking System" for the sunbeds but I seen beds claimed and unused all day some days. They should implement a "Not been there in an hour, the towel is removed" Entertainment: They do a decent enough job and the staff work hard, everyone enjoyed it. Parasols are not movable, beds can be loved to follow the sun. Toddler pool isn't covered, has no shade. Kids pool isn't covered, has no shade. Bar area has a handful of tables in shade so are in high demand when the snack bar opens. There are lots more tables and chairs in the sun which everyone avoids until the sun has set. Location: Good location, beach is a 5min walk away. 10min walk to water sports hut. 10min walk to bars, restaurants and shops. Suncream is €18 for Nivea (200ml) €14 for Malibu (200ml) and that's in all local shops. There is a ramp down into the sea a minute from the hotel but don't walk down bare foot! Wristbands: These do my head in, are there really that many people trying to get free food and drink they need to use

The location and staff at the hotel are the best. Rooms overlooking the sea and a few steps get you to the beach. Rooms are clean and the a la carte restaurants are superb. Theo was attentive in the Asian, and the food was not to be missed, plenty of options to cater for all. Andrei’s entertainment team Flav, Franc and Rachel are indefatigable, they encourage participation during the day but will leave you in peace if activities are not for you. Rachel keeps the children busy in kids club, the highlight being the water flight!! Each evening, Rachel leads the mini disco, Andrei and Flav show their dancing skill in their show, and mainly tribute acts fill the other nights. A chilled holiday where you pick the best bits that suit you. We will return even though we dont tend to do the same hotel twice.

Blown away by this hotel! I booked the In-Land Suite — no beach view, but it was peaceful and quiet. The room was well-equipped with a spacious balcony (sunbeds and table) and coffee/tea facilities. The buffet restaurant was a highlight, offering delicious and varied dishes every day, with the option to dine outdoors. The pool area was clean and well-organized, with plenty of sunbeds. The main pool (1.5m deep) was perfect for an insecure swimmer like me. A short walk takes you to a beautiful beach with ideal swimming conditions. The pool bar served great cocktails made with quality spirits. I also had an excellent back massage in the spa — thanks to Monica! The entertainment team, especially the two guys running activities and dancing, were fantastic. Staff were friendly throughout. Late check-out was easy to arrange for €55. A few tiny downsides: poor soundproofing from the hallway, not being able to charge devices such as laptop and powerbanks unless the keycard was in the slot, no complimentary shampoo/conditioner, and poolside fast food could be better. Overall, a wonderful hotel in a great location. I’d happily return! 😊
