I always like staying here because the atmosphere is comfortable and not noisy, there is no doubt about the cleanliness, the toilet is comfortable and clean, the water is also running smoothly, the AC is safe but there is a small AC leak, there is a refrigerator, cupboard and hanger, mirror and good lighting, thank you come on loveeeee ＜3 ＜3

This hotel has a comfortable atmosphere and friendly service, perfect for a relaxing vacation. The rooms are clean, although a bit small, but the facilities are complete. The location is also strategic, close to tourist attractions and restaurants. The breakfast is delicious with a variety of choices. The only drawback may be the price is a bit expensive compared to the facilities offered. But, overall, the experience of staying was satisfying.

I went for breakfast with my family, but it turns out as an unpleasant breakfast experience. The day before, we booked a breakfast for 5 pax and yes.. It was confirmed through whatsapp. But then, when we arrived at the hotel. No one knows the booking n had no idea about our reservation. Long story short finally we got our seat. And at the resto.. It was a hectic morning. No wonder since that day was Sunday. But it seems very obvious that they were lack of staffs n all their staffs were overwhelmed. No friendly gesture at all. Even not helpful. We got our table uncleaned and we asked for a clear up and somehow it took 30 minutes to get it done. It was 08.15am and the food in the buffet were all almost empty and there was no refill until 09.00. The foods were just okay. The chef on the eggs stations was very nice & friendly. I guess this is the only good thing. Lets talk about the health protocol. From 0 to 10, the protocol just 3. 1 for giving the hand washing station in front of the main door before we entering the lobby. The 2nd one is they provide hand gloves (even tho no one is using that lol) in the buffet as the formality i guess? And the 3rd one is. All of the staffs were wearing masks. And I guess that all of you guys can expect from this Bono Hotel. Most of the guest didnt wear the mask (even when taking the foods). Product: 5/10 (ambience, furniture etc) Services: 4/10 Food: 6/10

GGuest UserHMM in general the hotel is great, the hotel location very good bcz located in the middle city of Pekanbaru and near to the Airport. The staff are very nice and had a great hospitality, especially Ms. Nurul ( keep it up ). The room is nice but need to updated about AC maybe? Thank you.

Every friday we got friday refreshment day from TZPku management, our favorite is Kacang Pukul, typical snack from Pekanbaru so yummy, TZPku staff are kind and helpful. Mba Rika...ma new friend since me already a month in TZPku thank you so much for talking to me taking good care of me with this and that, cleaning staff, FO the one who always received my package on behalf, even the scurity who always opened the door for me..thank you. Since me here for accompanying my husband duty, he said the brakfast food have a good taste also! See you in the next season of kemarau Warm regards from 1216 to all staff and management TZPku

TV not so smooth the network and chanels not much options

GGuest UserTo be honest, with the facilities given, I felt that the hotel was pricey. Yet, the geographic location (in Sumatra) might make this hotel have less competitors. I honestly feel do not have as many options to stay like when I was in Java Island. I was mind with the design of the bathroom as there was this thick glass window separating the bedroom and the bathroom. When I was about to shower, I had to pull the white-thick vinyl curtain down. I just didn't feel that I had enough 'privacy' when I was showering as I had a roomate with me.
Why did they design that way? LOL I didn't dare to glance at the glass window when my roomate was showering. I hope she did the same...
The good thing about the hotel was the breakfast. The coffee was also great!

SStizaThe exterior and lobby of the hotel were quite rundown, with the lobby sofas appearing old and dirty. Check-in was supposed to start at 2 pm, but we only received our room around 3:30 pm after a long wait. Although the hotel offered refreshments during this time, it was still inconvenient. On a positive note, the room itself was impressive, resembling a 5-star accommodation, although the bathroom’s cleanliness was only average, particularly the walls, which needed better attention. Breakfast was decent but not exceptional and the place was quite humid. The staff, however, provided excellent hospitality, being very polite and friendly.

NNizamMasoodI stayed for a night at this centrally located Hotel. It is easy to find from the main road and you cant miss this tall building with the WHIZZ word in top from Jalan Jend Sudirman. The location is awesome and fantastic. Check In : was quick and easy since we used Agoda. Was smooth as well. But after the checking in, the person didnt even bother to tell us when is the breakfast, where is the breakfast and maybe offer us a map or ask us if we need any recommendations at all. It was just a simple 'okay done check in'. So we had to find our way up by the elevator. Room : The room is okay-ish, just about the right size and the right level we got. But there are no wardrobe for us to put our luggages or something. The whole room is nice, but the mattress sheet is smelly and stained. I have no idea what stain it was. But it was yucky to say the least. Bathroom : Spacious in size but oh god, why do you need to put semi transparent glasses??????? Breakfast : The choices are really thin. Not much things to try and taste. The seating arrangement is really cramped. For some reason, the taste of the food is a bit lacking. Service : The freaking time you guys chose to service the elevator in the morning????? It cease to operate for 'maintenance' purposes around 8.30am, right the time when people actually go for breakfast..!!! And I was in level 2, my room is in level 11. How do I got up???? When I went to reception to check on the elevator, the guy was cleaning it super slowly. And the other elevator is broken down. Other than that, it is a good stay.
