"Overall good hospitality, breakfast is quite varied and appetizing, but ask for a non-smoking room, have signed the consequence paper but what is found in the bathroom is a very pungent smell of cigarette smoke especially for families who are sensitive to cigarette smoke, who knows where it comes from, maybe the exhaust fan is not working? or from the next room??? & the electric kettle for boiling hot water is not hygienic because it is made of plastic that is not heat resistant for a long time and has given off an unpleasant odor, hopefully it can be a concern for hotel management, just a suggestion."

"The hotel located less than 10 mins from Airport and they provided free airport shuttle as well. Not only that, there were many eateries around just next to the hotel such as Bakery shop, Indomaret. The room was clean, have a nice view (need to request higher floor), good water pressure for showering. The only downside were the AC was not cool enough during my stay and the room was a bit small. Hope the hotel can fix the AC. The breakfast buffet was decent and have a lot of variety. Overall, it was worth my penny and decent stay."

Hhanisah_aisyahThe hotel located near the SKA Mall and Living World around 15 mins walking. The staff was friendly and accomodating. The check in process was fast and they allowed early check in. The room was spotless, had a nice view (need to request for higher floor), good water pressure, the AC was cool enough and the bed was so comfy. The breakfast offered a lot of variety and decent. The only down side was the check out process took so long. Hope they will improve the check out process and make it fast and convenient. Overall, a good stay.

Not cold at all. ask the hotel to come check for it, no action taken. only at night time after few time asking to check then the technician came over to check. yes. just check only. after that still nothing. everything is great. but because of that A/C, experience was abrupt a bit. from 10/10, goes down to 7/10. yes just because of aircond. I stay at the most expensive room. but service for that was total out. for new guest, make sure you be strict with the hotel. if no action taken within 1hr, u may consider change another room or hotel.

GGuest UserTo be honest, with the facilities given, I felt that the hotel was pricey. Yet, the geographic location (in Sumatra) might make this hotel have less competitors. I honestly feel do not have as many options to stay like when I was in Java Island. I was mind with the design of the bathroom as there was this thick glass window separating the bedroom and the bathroom. When I was about to shower, I had to pull the white-thick vinyl curtain down. I just didn't feel that I had enough 'privacy' when I was showering as I had a roomate with me.
Why did they design that way? LOL I didn't dare to glance at the glass window when my roomate was showering. I hope she did the same...
The good thing about the hotel was the breakfast. The coffee was also great!

MMama pemberangYesterday I was praised for being good, when I posted that I was having breakfast, when I stayed for the 2nd time I got a slightly disappointing room, in the first room the TV channels were complete, when I booked the 2nd room I moved to only a few TV channels, then in the first room the hot water worked, when I stayed here for the 2nd time the hot water didn't and didn't work until my child got cold when taking a bath, and it was the rainy season. Even though the room type is the same, I got the first room price cheaper on this application. So far the hotel is worth it with that price. Compared to other hotels, I plan to come back to this hotel again tomorrow if I go to PKU again, because there are lots of food around and it is close to the Ramayana shopping center, I just want to give that input, pay attention to the last room so that it will be better in the future. So far the others are good.

WWilly JongThe room is alright, although a little old. The facilities are sufficient for a business hotel. However, the breakfast is a little bit disappointing due to salty (during my time of visit) but ambience for breakfast is good. The location of the hotel is also good for street food lovers.
