We had a great week right at the beginning of the season. A lot was still closed, but towards the end of the holiday more opened up and the fun increased. The entertainment department was really great and everyone took the children really well into account. The mini club is great and the child fell in love with its adults ＜3 Spa experience was good. I recommend this to all try at least some massage and hamam. About the rooms, rather poor soundproofing and really hard beds. They use quite strong scents and it can be too much for those who are sensitive to scents. Food was delicious, but hope that there had been more easy option for children. However, the general appearance was clean and the cleaning service worked well. A strong recommendation for families with children and why not for couples as well.

After a bad start,we enjoyed our holiday. We had paid for a pool view, checked with our travel agent to confirm and yes we had,to be told none available, we where offered a family room the only available with pool view, but I had to pay extra 300 euros, not so good but I paid, then last night speaking to an Estonian couple they arrived to same problem, there is six in there party,they were all allocated 3 family rooms,but no charge to them,so what I would like explaining to me is what is the difference, it wasn't my fault you had no pool view rooms,this was very unfair,even guest relations lady thought it unfair. so for this reason I would never return.On a fair view the Hotel is spotlessly clean,and the staff are fantastic, great drinks ,food typical all inclusive a bit repetitive, but always able to find something, snacks were very good, as was the pier with good entertainment, if when Hotel reviews this they would like to reimburse my 300 euros that would be great customer service 🤣🤣feel free to contact me 🤣🤣

This is a 5 star, classy hotel. It's not a typical tourist hotel. So if you would like a quiet relaxing stay, this hotel is for you. Kids are not usually allowed as guests, since the atmosphere should be kept calm. No running, shouting or screaming, so if you're a family with noisy, energetic kids this is not the place for you. The hotel is decorated in a classic manner, with elements such as Thibaut wallpaper, polished tiles, smith master crafted railings and a central atrium with glass murals. The craftmanship quality is really good and the hotel is kept nice and clean. Every room has its own unique expression, so you'll get a new experience each time you come here. The rooms is appartment sized (100-150 square metres). I would encourage you to use the spa with Hamam treatment. There's also a salt-water pool with filtered and ozone treated sea-water. There is a private beach and pier if you enjoy having sand under your feet or swimming in the ocean. The food is tasty and based on local dishes but made in a continental style.
