After a bad start,we enjoyed our holiday. We had paid for a pool view, checked with our travel agent to confirm and yes we had,to be told none available, we where offered a family room the only available with pool view, but I had to pay extra 300 euros, not so good but I paid, then last night speaking to an Estonian couple they arrived to same problem, there is six in there party,they were all allocated 3 family rooms,but no charge to them,so what I would like explaining to me is what is the difference, it wasn't my fault you had no pool view rooms,this was very unfair,even guest relations lady thought it unfair. so for this reason I would never return.On a fair view the Hotel is spotlessly clean,and the staff are fantastic, great drinks ,food typical all inclusive a bit repetitive, but always able to find something, snacks were very good, as was the pier with good entertainment, if when Hotel reviews this they would like to reimburse my 300 euros that would be great customer service 🤣🤣feel free to contact me 🤣🤣
