Royal Garden Beach Hotel

We stayed in the building across the road, room 1565. When I booked I requested a quiet room but this was not. There was an 'open air' club called 'Club Summer Garden' a few roads down. I found it difficult to sleep. Also at 3.30pm every night, when they were about to close, the music suddenly became louder and the music even made it into my dreams. We should have moved rooms but the kids and my other half were not as bothered as I was, and they were settled. At 4am one morning I woke up to a really loud continuous sound. The windows were vibrating. I went on the balcony to see what was happening and the balcony was vibrating. I called reception to complain and soon after all the electrics were turned off and started back up again and the sound went. It must have been an air conditioning unit or a generator. I did not receive a phone call back or apologies from management. The only good thing regarding noise was that we didn't hear anything from the rooms either side of us. Sleep issues aside, if we had a room in the main building (further from the club), we would come back again. The food (buffet dinner, lunch (burgers from the pool bar or fresh wood fired pizza near the beach,) breakfast, and al a carte) and entertainment were good. The kids were happy (age 5 and 8), they loved the slides, all 7 of them. The 5yr old liked the kids club. We enjoyed the beach and evening entertainment. Our favourite night was a live band, the kids favourite night was a foam party. We took a private transfer to and from the airport which made it more pleasant. We appreciated the daily re-stocked mini-bar, which really was a treat.

This is a 5 star, classy hotel. It's not a typical tourist hotel. So if you would like a quiet relaxing stay, this hotel is for you. Kids are not usually allowed as guests, since the atmosphere should be kept calm. No running, shouting or screaming, so if you're a family with noisy, energetic kids this is not the place for you. The hotel is decorated in a classic manner, with elements such as Thibaut wallpaper, polished tiles, smith master crafted railings and a central atrium with glass murals. The craftmanship quality is really good and the hotel is kept nice and clean. Every room has its own unique expression, so you'll get a new experience each time you come here. The rooms is appartment sized (100-150 square metres). I would encourage you to use the spa with Hamam treatment. There's also a salt-water pool with filtered and ozone treated sea-water. There is a private beach and pier if you enjoy having sand under your feet or swimming in the ocean. The food is tasty and based on local dishes but made in a continental style. If you like wine, they have a good selection. Finally, I would love to thank Yunus and the team for providing a memorable and pleasant stay at your hotel and spa.

Hotel rooms and hotel is amazing, here’s the buy and it’s mega important. Practical nothing open Only burger land, main bar, outdoor bar, the Turkish baths (close 4 hours early, 4pm instead of 8pm. The pools are swimable, but the water slides not active at all The advertised snack bars are closed and empty of all equipment The island has 1 bar open everything and I do mean EVERYTHING is closed, locked up, shutters down. The walkway/paths/pavements are all ripped up and building materials littered everywhere There is nothing open nearby expect a small shop, all the markets that you see in walking distance on map or even from YouTube videos are closed or none existent I think this it actually the only hotel that’s open within a considerable distance I think it would be absolutely amazing in the summer months but avoid at all costs outwith busy season It would be well worth the money they ask for in the summer (think it’s around £3000-4000+ for 7nights as looked it up and I would happily pay that as would be well worth the money Hotel itself, the staff are great and it is worth the travel from airport I’m just being honest and want to help others know it’s pointless coming out with the season The resort/hotel should just close like the rest of the hotels (even in their own chain, aqua resort is across the road and they are closed)
