Pattaya Hotels with Swimming Pools

Staff and service was awesome. Breakfast was great as well. The hotel is a bit outdated and it is in need of some TLC and refreshed upgrades. The location is perfect, right off of Walking Street and the beach. It’s my 2nd time staying there

Very nice place especially for solo travelers like me who has to work on the go. Staff were very friendly. The girls working at the reception always have a sweet smile and greet everyone who walks through the door. One of the girls, Beer, was very nice and helpful when I needed help with extending my stay and even helped to make sure I could pay a lower price for the extra nights. Location is good. Street food right by the front, 7-11 and massage places at the back. Beach is not so near but not far either. Free drinks by the reception for all. Room is great especially the table and chair, where I could work from. Huge fridge. Microwave and bowls n plates provided. Balcony is small though, only for drying clothes. Pool is a tad small, not suitable for lap swimming but is clean. Gym is small but adequate. Enjoyed the small sauna. Will probably stay here again.

We love this hotel! Excellent prepared food, beautiful view over the city while enjoying your drink. Rooms comfortable. Breakfast arrangement by prebooking your table is a perfect system and avoids buffet shortage etc. Also creates a nicer atmosphere. Staff very very cooperative and polite. will 100% come back.

We booked three suites with ocean views for a two-night stay, but the layout of the hotel caused some inconvenience. Since each floor only had two suite rooms, we were split across different floors, making it difficult to move between our rooms. Adding to this, the elevator stops were tied to our room keys, further restricting our access. On the positive side, the room design was modern and well-equipped, with ample air conditioning and breathtaking, unobstructed views of Pattaya Bay from the balcony. The 1.5-meter glass railing on the balcony provided a safe and pleasant space to enjoy the sun and sea breeze with a beer. The 63-square-meter rooms felt quite spacious, and the bathrooms were a highlight, featuring floor-to-ceiling windows for an amazing ocean view while bathing. However, there were some shortcomings in the hotel's service and amenities. The control panel by the bed only had a USB port on one side and a single master power button, which was inconvenient. Additionally, despite our rooms being cleaned daily, the bed linens were not changed. Most disappointingly, when we requested to check out two rooms early (at 10:30 AM) on the day of departure, while keeping one room until 2 PM, the hotel refused, citing a full booking for the day. This was a major inconvenience, especially for the elderly members of our party, who had to wait in the lobby until the 2 PM . This level of inflexibility was surprising, as we have not experienced such issues at other international hotel chains like Four Seasons, Siam Kempinski, or even the Hilton in Pattaya, where guests are typically accommodated for early checkouts or late checkouts. Overall, while the room facilities and ocean views were impressive, the lack of service flexibility and attention to guest needs was a significant letdown, highlighting the difference between this local hotel and the standards of international luxury brands.”

Good location, feel like a true resort in the busy Pattaya. Next to Terminal 21. Lovely pools and private beach area at the end of Pattaya beach. Breakfast could be improved, Thai selection is not tasty. Our room had cigarette smell coming from AC Vent from time to time from other room. Which we understand it’s not hotel’s fault but just annoying especially at night when we sleep. Smoker should be considerate and not selfish toward others in the same building. We got upgraded to a suite which was good. But the shower tiles were super slippery! It’s not the kind of tiles to be used in wet area especially bathroom flooring. I had to put a bath math on the floor and still be super careful during shower. Very dangerous.

There are a lot of dust in the room, esp on the table top and wood display. Breakfast spread was great. The water park is a big plus for my children. Many slides for them to play and many activities going on. It’s linked to the beachfront. Takes about 15 min to walk to terminal 21.

Nice rooms with extremely comfortable beds Amazing Stay 🤩 and super wow. The room small but comfortable and very clean. I briefly stayed at this hotel after a nip and tuck and I have to say the beds are extremely comfortable and the hotel is very clean. I was hesitant to stay here because it’s a 3 star but it should definitely be at least a 4 star for cleanliness and comfort. I would stay here again.

after a mix up on a booking at a sister hotel, was told here had a room, it was late so took it, the positives, perfect location, nice pool,,,,,, the negatives are to many to list, the room! fit for 'short timers'. it was awful the passage way leading to it was like walking through a slum, tatty furniture what there was, very old tv whit tapped up remote. the door see photo, when locked would stop nobody a shoulder would let you in, so NEVER leave anything inside as no cctv coverage outside. NO electric sockets, only the one for the fridge, a/c. was very old floor standing type air smelt, as i guess filters never changed and noisy because gaps in wooden windows and the door outside noise till 3am all this for 700 baht a night. 100 baht a night to much!

From the warm welcome at check-in to the personalized recommendations for local dining and activities, their attention to detail and commitment to guest satisfaction was truly impressive. The hotel's on-site dining options were also noteworthy. The breakfast spread was diverse and delicious, and the in-house restaurant offered a menu of expertly prepared, locally-sourced dishes that were a true delight for the palate. Overall, my experience at the Veranda Hotel was outstanding, and I would highly recommend it to anyone seeking a elevated and memorable hotel stay. I look forward to returning in the future.

First and foremost, I should say that I am a fan of Walking Street and nightlife in Pattaya. When I saw Unique Regency Hotel on the map, I was a bit sceptical. I tried it for 3 nights at first as it came highly recommended by my friends who travel to Pattaya very often and stay at this hotel. Upon having stayed the first couple of nights, I decided to extend my stay for 14 more nights. I really liked the fact that the hotel is on the Pratamnak Hill so it is a quick 5 minute ride with motorcycle taxi guys to the Walking Street entrance and Bali Hai Pier as I used the pier a couple of times to go to Coral Island as well. Some 8 to 10 minutes ride to Pattaya Beach or Soi Buakao. The motorcycle taxi guys charge 80 baht to Walking Street or 120 baht to Central Pattaya Beach Mall, Soi Buakao and Pattaya Beach Road. I really like to have fun in Pattaya's nightlife but when I relax, I prefer a hotel in the Pratamnak area which is near to Walking Street but also quiet and has a relaxing atmosphere plus great views and I should say that the Unique Regency Hotel did fit all my requirements. The rooftop pool is absolutely beautiful, a fun pool to enjoy both in day time and evenings, whenever I went up with my newly found friends, they really loved it ;-) The food and drinks on the pool are averagely priced and very delicious, actually very well priced as the tasty food and atmosphere make it even better. The hotel has free shuttle bus service also. Staff is extremely polite and helpful. I used to wake up late but they were still very accommodating to welcome my request to clean my room a bit late ;-) I stayed in the Deluxe room first but then upgraded to Deluxe City View. Whenever I came back with joiners then they registered their photo ids which is a good plus. The hotel is joiner friendly. WiFi is extremely fast, I think it is because they provide the 5G system over their wi-fi. Buffet breakfast could have more items but I hardly woke up early enough to have the breakfast. I always had my brunch separately at the pool on the top floor. I will keep coming back, that's for sure!
