Hard Rock Hotel Pattaya Reviews

Very nice hotel, enjoyed the spirit of hard rock coffee. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The food amazing. If I have to say something to improve : the AC fan was too cold, I tried to make level 1 and 22 degrees, but nothing changed. Need to be checked.

- Great hotel, superb service, perfect location - Front main entrace have tuk tuk cost THB10, only 5 mins go Terminal 21 - Back entrance on beach road 10mins walk arrive Central Pattaya, along the road full of beach front seaview restaurants and massage place - Hotel staff Kin offer excellent service, provide great advice for island day trip Room clean and decent size with seaview balcony - Pool is great, spacious also kids friendly, even adults can also play the water slides with great fun - Breakfast starts 6am which fits early bird like me perfectly, plenty varity of choice in the restaurant - My teen daughter is super happy and definitely will come back again

Second time to stay here. Great hotel with great facilities. A big thank you to the staff as they even organised a cake for my wife's birthday. Would definitely stay again.

First time staying, would say it’s an enjoyable stay. Strong air conditioning and wifi. Only thing was that hotel higher floor was doing renovations, so specific time it’s best not to be in room during to the noise.

Happy to stay at Hard Rock. Just the walking to the beach and convenient location, take a tuk tuk to Terminal 21 and walking street :-)

My recent stay at Hard Rock had a minor room hiccup, swiftly resolved by the attentive duty manager and staff. Their polite demeanor and quick action make this hotel highly recommendable.

Good pool very big

Great location right on the beach in Pattaya. Fantastic pool and super helpful staff made this a great stay. Check-in was a bit slow, but it was after midnight. Room is spacious and well appointed. Corridors are dark but I guess they are going for that rocknroll vibe. Excellent AC, comfortable bed and good flow on the shower made sure all the creature comforts were taken care of.
