This was a great place to stay. The room and facilities as well as the service were pretty spot on. I only need to explain about the location a bit. The main entrance to the hotel is on the second (one-way) street from the beach. This makes it fairly close but during high traffic (nearly all the time now that covid is over), it makes it very difficult for cars/cabs to drop you off/pick you up there. The walk to the beach, isn't very far however and convenient food and shopping are very nearby.

First visit and pleasantly surprised＞ Brilliant location and easy access to all Pattaya favorite amenities.
Staff friendly and with intent to serve so top marks they get. Hotel is clean and rooms although not recent are well maintained. One of the rooms however was surrounded by noisy occupants that ruined the moment so be aware. Breakfast facilities OK with staff smiling and ready to serve. Quality of foods 7/10. In conclusion we enjoyed our stay and will return considering location alone.. :-))

This is 4th time stay in this hotel in last 14 months as i am working in Bangkok.
Everything is perfect- location of the hotel, 7/11, massage, little option for indian food in breakfast, kids friendly swimming pool. You can’t put anything wrong for this hotel. Will come again.

Hotel with a superb location and with big rooms. Situated right across Pattaya Night Bazaar and Beer Garden. Plenty of food options and the best part is, there's a 7-11 just across the road. Friendly hotel staff.

Its bayview hotel. Long history on the hotel and tourism industry. Stayed at pool view room which was spacious, great location, nice looking lobby and public area. Some said the rooms are dated (not the modern looking room) but overall it was still okay, above average. But the bathroom were a little dim and could do refurbishment. But overall it was still nice and pleasant and value for money.

the room is clean, and the pool is good at 2.5 meters, which you very seldom can find in another hotel. and the hotel decoration everything looks good, suitable for photo shooting also. the service is good, and the facilities are good with a big TV

Fantastic location, a little dated but will definitely stay again. My only real complaint would be the elevators which at best are suited to no more than four people at a time. They did however tell me they will be upgraded later this year
