Hotel gave me late check in because I booked online. The room was spacious though from average hotel in that area. No bathroom accessories like dental kits were provided. Overall if you are looking for a budget stay the hotel is good for the money but don't expect hospitality and services to be top notch.

I made the reservation on 04/05/24 for the standard room with twin but when I got in the room, I have found that it was 1 bed room and when my friend open the toilet which found used tissue and hair cover in the toile! and for the bed seem have been sit before. On the table was set toilet tissue! Not napkins. so I would like to call to front desk but hotel phone couldn’t use so I used my own which no body answer! So I call to Trip.com customer care lady picked up the phone and I explained to her. She asked for 30 min to contact the hotel for me. After 15 min she have called to me that hotel will change the room for me and she asked me to contact front desk once again. When I contacted them she said nothing! And give me the keycard for the new room with twin bed when I went to the room everything seem better but the refrigerator is not cold! and very bad smell!!!! Should have training course for the staff, How to service the customer which not ignore and gossip colleagues and also focus on duty. Thanks

They reception force us to pay 1000 baht deposit they talk very angry and I ask them can you please speak nice but they talk very bad in thai language and she said that we can kick off you out right now so be quite.we doesn't have other choice because we came from far away very tired.room was very dirty and we couldn't get shower for same day and day after because water was stop no any water even for toilet. Swimming pool very very small and dirty water full of germs and yellow water full of mosquito. At room we have to kill 3 cacolache and mosquito bites all over our body . This most prostituted come here and all room was until morning full of bad fights between Indian and prostituerte. At check out we was worry about our towel becouse they change for each towel 300 baht . Please if you are family or go with partners do not go here is very dangerous and not Safe for your money and documents at room hotel will not accept any responsibility and them safebox doesn't work everything drity and not even standard of one 1 star guest House compare with other hotels is very expensive not value for this money plus the staff by bad behaviour will make you very bad mentally pain so your trip and holiday will be distorted. I am not recommending this hotel if you have any questions you can email me I will send you proof by videos and photos my holiday been damaged by very bad behaviour of the womans who's working at hotel they never help just want charge you without reason
