Booked room on trip website. Website did not show room price to choose for 2 adults+ 1 child age 12. Upon check in front desk ask how many people. I said 2 adult + 1 child . And she said 3rd person need to pay 500 per night. But not provide me with NO extra bed. It was 23:00 when I checked in and the hotel was fully booked. I pay extra 500 but 3 of us sharing 1 bed. Not friendly front desk check in staff. With the room rate of 2500 thai baht I can choose much better hotel with better facilities and service. This hotel has No elevator and a very small pool. The bathroom walls were moldy can clearly see the dark spots on bathroom wall room 201.
Staff was hammering some things at 8am woke us up.
Room has no sofa. The only nice thing was the balcony and comfortable bed. But for this price 2500 thai baht no breakfast
, I will not stay here again in pattaya .
