Hotel lobby looks nice and the beach is just across the road. But, the room is not quite clean and the room condition is poor. Parking space inside hotel is not enough and the hotel provided another parking spot area - which looks a bit scary for women traveller.

Worth every penny. The location is not very crowded place so it is a perfect place for family. There is a very nice swimming pool too. Very suitable for family. The breakfast is great. Very friendly staffs. Right across the beach.

Daily cleaning of rooms. Hotel staff was very friendly with excellent service. Hotel amenities are okay. Hotel location was a bit far off for convenience. A lot of locals staying there. Very good seafood restaurant at end of the beach. Good place for relaxing at the beach. There’s also a cheap seafood buffet nearby food was okay.

The accommodation is cute, clean, the cover may have some old rust marks in some areas, such as the edge of the glass. A little in the bathroom isn't a problem. When booking, I chose a room with a king bed but there was none, so the hotel put the beds close together instead. When I went in, the refrigerator was not cool, the air conditioner was not cold, the bathroom light was blinking. I notified the staff and immediately sent a technician to take a look. They take great care of their customers. The employees provide the best service. The staff were smiling and welcoming, the atmosphere was good and the food was diverse. There is live music to listen to in the evening as well. I'm very impressed. I will go back again.

Great pool, good location. Breakfast is not the best, can be better with more varieties and better taste.

The location is gold! The hotel is located next to Jomtien Beach, one of the most beautiful beaches in Pattaya. Breakfast is nice; however, the variety of the breakfast bar is not that much. The room is a little bit old, but clean. Overall, 8.5/10.

The room is so clean and comfortable. I and my friend are very happy about all the staff. They are treated us well and friendly. If you guys wanna live nearby the beach. So, here is the perfect spot for you!!!

Great service mind and bedroom. Bathroom is a bit fishy but clean.

Service is good. Especially for bellboy, don’t know his name but I can see the service mind and gentle. The day I visit the pool is green and look dirty. Overall the room is nice you can see beach from your room And can walk across the street to the beach. Good location.

I've booked this hotel quite urgently so price quite high, I got that but our room not too clean someone left their shirt in wardrobe so the It did not brought out by cleaner before new guest? Bathroom was okay uncomfortable bed and pillow anyway staffs very friendly, helpful and service minded. Location was perfect grocery store nearby. Not too crowded.

The room was bit small and the service i think they should consider evaluation for it because it was not as i expected
