It was a good stay. The owner is approachable and can speak English.

Total of 4 people went, took 1 room for 1 night, ended up paying 200 baht per person. There were towels, bed, cooking utensil, refrigerator, microwave, water heater. (Water doesn't flow strong), sink, television, air conditioner, fan, table and chairs, there's also a pool, but there's not much cleanliness. We understand this. At this price it is considered very good.

Overall ok, inexpensive price, went with the family, daughter really liked the bunk beds, but unfortunately didn't get to play in the water because the swimming pool is being renovated. Next time in Pattaya, will stay again.

After midnight the front door is closed. Uncle suggested that we use the stairs on the side instead. Go up and you'll find a swimming pool. In front and on the side there is parking for cars and motorcycles. Convenient to travel In front there is a convenience store. Restaurants and motorcycle taxis, and there are minibuses passing by.
