Located north of Pattaya Beach Road. The official name of the hotel is Markland Beach View. The upper floors of this building are condos, and floors 5 to 11 are hotels, so if you write that you stayed on a higher floor, the name of the accommodation may be different because the condo is just rented out. As other people have said in their reviews, the sea view, the room is very spacious, and you can use the pool and gym, so it's a good deal for the price. If you are a couple, you may be a little disappointed with the oldness of the room. Beach Road is right in front of you, and you can take a songthaew to Walking Street. On the way back, head to Central Marina on Second Road. There is also an MP, so families and couples may feel awkward 😅 There is also a laundry service along the road on the north side of the hotel. There is a mini supermarket inside the hotel building that is open from 6am to 12am. If you try to eat breakfast outside the hotel, there are fewer stores open compared to other areas. Also, although it is an auto-lock, it is not a card key, so you can use the power in the room while you are out, and you can also turn the air conditioner on low. The refrigerator in the room had a slightly large freezer space. The TV is an Android Internet TV. You can use various services, but I don't think you can watch YouTube.
