The hotel located nearby Central festival, easy to go Terminal 21 and Beach road. The staff is kind and room was clean. I am happy to stay there

On the 4th night of my stay at this hotel, I had to call the police. My neighbors brought *********** after midnight and they ran uncontrollably around the floor and knocked on doors, shouted and laughed. I asked them to be quiet, but there was a big scandal and I called the police. The next day I had to change the hotel, I wanted to sleep at night and not be afraid of the safety of my things. This hotel did not give me back the money for the remaining 3 days. If the hotel administrator lets strangers into the hotel, then it is unsafe for you and the safety of your belongings. There is no safe in the room, there is no video camera on the floors, and the door lock is too unreliable. In general, it was the most terrible hotel in my life. Leave this hotel for alcoholics and ****** *****

Positive: location. Close to the beach, main road (where you can take tuktuks), 4 minutes walk from a central Pattaya, many bars and restaurants around.
Negative: very noise, it’s surrounded by bars, don’t count on sleeping much. Amenities are old, bar by the pool doesn’t exist any more. Bedsheets and towels have a lot of stains
