The gym is the biggest and best in Pattaya. The room condition is good value for money. The night market is a 3-minute walk away, and Walkie Street is a 15-minute walk away. There is a convenience store across the street.

As with so many places in Thailand, some very minor fixes could make a stay exceptiona. My gripes are very poor internet, so neither the TV (on it's own WiFi) or my laptop would connect adequately (not a huge issue for a single overnight stay, but not being able to use my laptop over a longer stay would've been unacceptable!), and the door storage in the fridge was unusable, so the bottles and cans (of the minibar) took up all the main compartment storage space. As I say, very minor gripes, but if resolved, the say would've been perfect, and they are simple, low-cost, attention-to-detail fixes. Good points: The bed was very comfy, and room clean and very spacious, with a desk to work on, a comfortable chair and small table. It was OK for the two of us as I could sit at the work desk using my laptop, and the better half could sit in the comfy chair at the small table, but if you wanted to sit together for a little snack or something, it just really didn't suit a couple.
