The location is convenient to walk to the beach or any other shops. There is a big outdoor balcony for guests to share and enjoy watching sea view. The room is clean but very old. The room is dark because the light is not bright enough. There is no elevator.

The location is excellent. The room is large and has a sea view. It is convenient to go there after passing the 10-minute drive. It’s just that there’s no elevator. It’s hard to come here every day! ! But the sex price is okay!

The Red Balcony Inn provided me with warm hospitality during a recent short stay in among the hustle and bustle of Pattaya City. The hotel has old school charm with its 70's style decor. The property fronts both Soi 13/4 and Beach Rd, with rooms options to suit one's preference, as available. I chose a super comfortable corner unit at the Soi 13/4 end of the building, it delivered extra privacy and less noise, as well as sea glimpse.There is a large communal balcony overlooking the beach, that all guests can use and it provides excellent views. A highly enjoyable short stay for yours truly, at this friendly, boutique accommodation house.

The room is outdated, the first thing you notice when you enter the room is smell of mould. Air conditioning is very loud and you can't change the temperature. Also loud noise from outside as there is a big road and bars just next to it. Extremely rude and unhelpful staff. I killed a big cockroach in the bathroom. Can't stop thinking if this creature was running all over me during the night. And it was a Superior Room!    Avoid.
