Overall it was a mixed experience. The biggest highlight of this hotel is its excellent location. It’s conveniently close to eateries, bars, and spas, making it easy to explore the vibrant atmosphere of Pattaya. If location is your priority, this hotel has you covered.
The staff were friendly and welcoming, always ready to assist with any requests. Their positive attitude definitely added to the stay.
The room itself was decent but had some issues. On the positive side, it was in a great spot within the hotel, offering easy access to nearby attractions. However, I did encounter a cockroach in the room, which was disappointing. It’s something the hotel management should address to ensure a better experience for future guests. Additionally, while the TV and phone in the room were not working, this wasn’t a major concern for me as I didn’t need them much. Still, for those who rely on these amenities, it could be a letdown.
The breakfast was just okay — not bad, but also not memorable. There’s room for improvement, especially if they want to offer guests a more satisfying start to their day.

The hotel is very near to the beach. The staff very friendly and helpful. Only to go to the room in the complex B is a bit difficult the first time because this hotel have two buildings. The pool is very nice and quiet. Besides the hotel is a 7/11 and a small food curt.
The interior design is a bit old but clean.
I would come a second time again.

Building A unfortunately is old and outdated compared to building B which is fancier and more comfortable.
Unfortunately no hot water in building A.
Swimming pool is nice but unfortunately too many **** tourists smoking around the pool and staring at every single female that pass by (can guess what kind of tourist is that ) making extremely uncomfortable for single females to use any public facilities in the hotel.
Location is excellent, just next to the mall and near all kinds of restaurants and bars.
If you are a single male traveler might be fine to stay there.

The first room’s air condition was broken after few hours later water was dropped which makes bad smell also. Then we requested to change room that room has big cockroach running from toilet 😫., anyway if u have low budget, good luck on this hotel 😂
When we went to tiger park/water park/ boat market was quite far away from hotel, so consider this! But right next to hotel has big mall so that was good!
