There was a renovation at the main water park but that’s ok because we have free tickets for skywalk. The renovated room was great and better than previous version. So that will be perfect after renovation finishes in the future!

Outside construction period of swimming facilities, I will not choose this hotel if knowing that！It's good news to me for the hotel room renovation, but it seems the breakfast is worse than before.

Was disappointed to find that the entire hotel is currently undergoing renovations. The Trip.com did not mention this important detail during the booking process, which was very misleading. The hotel itself is in the midst of a major renovation, with the main building inaccessible to guests. The only amenity available was the swimming pool, as all other water activities were closed. Even accessing the main entrance was an inconvenience, as it was blocked off due to the ongoing construction.
The only positive aspect of my stay was the hotel staff. They were very friendly and helpful, especially a staff member named Nana who went above and beyond to assist me during my visit.
Overall, this was a very unsatisfactory experience. I wish Trip.com had been upfront about the extensive renovations taking place, as I would have made alternative arrangements if I had known the full scope of the work being done. I cannot recommend this hotel in its current state.

Like the daytime vibes very family friendly even the coast restaurant is super yummy but the oasis buffet not so much I am so grateful to the lady staff who helped me warm my milk tea most other housekeeping staff are friendly but not so much reception night time is very quiet and I love the family pools the slides bit fast though also beware the rocky surroundings
