Staff and service was awesome. Breakfast was great as well. The hotel is a bit outdated and it is in need of some TLC and refreshed upgrades. The location is perfect, right off of Walking Street and the beach. It’s my 2nd time staying there

The rooms are old, showers cycle temperature rapidly from scalding hot to lukewarm. The property is beautiful, but the location means you need to walk a ways to get out to the street. Usually that’s not a problem. But they have poor drainage - if its raining, their are multiple spots the water is too deep to cross on foot and you’ll be stuck. The WiFi is also slow.

except great location , nothing was upto the standards. bad staff attitude, unfriendly front desk. even after putting DND signboard, staff banged the door. the intercom phone not working. bathroom facilities very old. at this price, you could get much better stays at pattaya. disappointing experience

This was my fourth stay at the resort. Absolutely love this place, so much so that I extended my stay by 6 days. It is definitely worth it to get a room with a pool view. The garden view rooms can be hit or miss.

Big place w lots of rooms . Good location if you want to visit walking street. Could be better if they keep up the maintenance of the facilities.
