Pattaya Park Beach Resort

This was the third hotel at the end of our holiday, after the north and Koh Lan Island, so there is something to compare with. Whenever we lived in the south of Pattaya, we passed by this hotel and I always wanted to visit there and now it has come true. We brought a family of 6 people here, as they say, three generations: children, us and parents. We all liked the stay! The hotel is large, two clean swimming pools, one on the smaller floor, the second on the hotel grounds is larger. But even due to the large number of vacationers, everyone had enough space both in the pool and on the sun loungers! True, the pools were open only until 18.00. We also really liked the breakfasts with their variety! The rooms were clean, cozy, with a view of the sea and the territory. Every day the room was cleaned, water and soap accessories were provided. The staff is responsive and friendly. In general, I did not find any minuses, so the rating is 5! We had dinner at the Russian market Pratamnak. In three days we went to the beach only once, unfortunately after the north of Wangamat Beach and after the island, Jomtien Beach was not for us. But for walks, gift shopping and access to delicious food, this is the place to be!

The staff are generally friendly, but the hotel facilities are very old and the bathroom in the room smells bad. Water park use is an additional 200 baht

The elevator to the building is not enough for the number of customers who want to use it. Waiting for the elevator is quite long. Breakfast is not good. The fried chicken has a good smell. There is not much food. It is not appetizing or delicious. Children over 90 cm tall must eat 180 grams of food. In conclusion, they can only eat 2 sausages because there are not many choices of food. Overall, it is not likely to go again.

Not a bad hotel, breakfast is normal. Beach towels are very old and mended. The sea is 5 minutes away, there is a lot of greenery on the territory, squirrels are running around. Wonderful service staff

When I checked in, I thought I would get a free water park ticket, but when I got to the hotel, they said I had to book directly with the hotel to get it. This time I was disappointed and had to buy a lot of water park tickets again.

Employees are very concerned. There is no good check-in system. If you fill out this and that, why don't you explain or tell them to finish in one round? Why not take care of each customer one by one? I finished this one and walked around and messed around. Plus, at check-in, we were told to go to a table next to us that had nothing but an informal, empty table. It's like this person is a manager or something. I don't know, but it seems like he's a boss. I don't know what level. It's like I've been working for a long time and I can do whatever I want. I'm a man. At first we couldn't find a way to get to the hotel. He said he walked past us. When checking in, he asked if he couldn't find the hotel just now, right? And at that time, we walked around and asked people in the area which way to go to the hotel. Why didn't this employee tell us if he was a member of the hotel? Letting us walk around with heavy bags when they know we're looking for them. It's like he turns around and talks for a moment but we can't hear it, like he's talking to the wind. We don't even know they're talking to us. It's like telling someone when they themselves are going up to the lobby as well. If you want to know what it's like, go try it yourself, but I don't recommend it. The room was not very clean, the elevator was old, the surroundings were dark, and the beach view in the room that we saw on the day we went there were not many people walking around. Good thing there is a water park.
