It is a dream come true with a room that have direct access to the pool right at the doorstep. It is so relaxing to sit out just outside my room in the evening.

What a resort!! Wow! Although not perfect.. the facilities and the rooms, villas and surrounding customer service.. all the staff, simply amazing 👏 we really appreciated to have such care and attention at each step of our stay. The villa for 2 bedroom also amazing and it was very kind of the reception manager to allow us to see the 3 bedroom villa for our next stay.
One small thing.. the food in the restaurants on half board could do with a little more options and also the breakfast. All was a little too spicy or Asian.
Regardless of anything, we will be back!

Excellent out of the way hotel with quality food a great sauna and a large swimming pool. Several eating options. Pool access rooms a little noisy and somewhat strangely designed but overall an excellent oasis from the hustle and bustle of pattaya

Excellent room in Pattaya ,clean,quite and great Service.
only a thing that I am not recommended for location, This far from Central pattaya but near motoway must have personal car is better. However the hotel also have free shuttle bus to Terminal 21 Pattaya or Central Pattaya.

First of all, fantastic service by the staff over there as they were so polite and professional with their jobs! Room was really big and comfortable and I would definitely come back for my next trip to Pattaya :)

Well, it was a spontaneous booking for one night and overall ok. But do not plan to come back.
The positive:
- nice comfortable beds
- friendly staff
- nice happy hour by the pool bar
- reasonably priced food
- free parking
What I didn’t like:
- they wanted to charge me half a day if I arrive before 3 pm (absolutely pathetic)
- the hotel has a Africa theme, a Mediterranean theme, a mine and all mixed together (really strange combi)
- breakfast buffet was mediocre, no cheese for the omlettes????
- the room has key operated bedroom sliding doors that easily shut and if you are in your pool room without a card in your pocket at all times you run risk of locking yourself out; there should be better ways
- poor room design leads to mosquitoes everywhere

The hotel is very clean and luxurious. We booked a 2 room villa with a private pool, and the experience was impeccable. The facilities at the resort are also enjoyable - we tried the massage and pool bar.

This resort is incredible! It’s huge and we had an amazing time at the New Year’s event. It was totally worth the trip.
