This is our second time booking Zen Hotel. So far, this is the best hotel we’ve been to during our 13 days of hotel hopping. It has elevator, pool, and balcony. The heater and wifi were working great as well.

Positive : Walking distance from the bus terminal.
The room is spacious and clean for the price.
Very quiet, perfect for a good sleep.
Polite front desk employees.
Negative : Nothing around the hotel area, not even a 7-11
Not close to the beach areas.
Only good for those driving a car.
Very dark outside the hotel area at night.
Conclusion : You get what you pay for, cannot complain
too much. Go Grande Centre Pointe or Hilton
if you have the budget.

Staff's manager not helpful at all and rejecting requests, bathroom was dirty, found hair on the bed sheet, the water flow in the bathtub hose is so weak that you can spend hours just bathing; I initially booked for 3 nights for my family but we couldn't stay for more than 1 night and we had to give up the money paid for the 2 remaining nights (as it was not refundable).

Checked in and left 15 minutes later because the hotel really was dirty. The sheets were dirty the room was dirty lost my money on my trip for four days.
