Pattaya the Base Four-Bedroom Top Floor Infinity Pool

The condo is located right in the center of Pattaya. Nearby there is a market, many shops, massage parlors and exchange offices. Great pool on the 31st floor with panoramic views. The ad stated that the room had a large balcony and a sea view, but in fact it turned out to be very small. We arrived at night and no longer had the strength to sort out the number. The next day we went on an excursion and only contacted the owner in the evening. The next day, the owner offered to look at the other two rooms and the opportunity to move without additional payment. But we already had 2 days left before leaving, we had a lot of suitcases and things, so we decided that there was no point in moving. The owner responds to messages fairly quickly, unless it is night time. The apartment needs renovation. The walls are scratched, there is grease in the kitchen, one cupboard door is not working, the faucet in the sink is leaking onto the floor. Other options were cheaper, I took it from this owner because of the balcony and it turned out to be a scam.

Self check-in is very convenient. The housekeeper mixed up the room I booked with someone else. But there was immediate follow-up and I felt responsible. The indoor environment is good, clean and well-organized.
