The hotel is located amidst entertainment venues,so we understand that noise and chaos are not a hindrance. For the price this can be a good place to relax after partying.

Hotel is very good but the hotel is in between Bar and Clubs so there is very noise. The location highly Recommend for those who like to drink, dance, street food, Bar, Clubs etc.

Location and Room was good but in the morning time too much crowd and seems like their stuff are kicking the door too much.

Excellent location right in the middle of Pattaya Walking Street. I suggest you bring earplugs!

The room was clean and quite decent. Wifi works well. 2 bottles of drinking water provided. Overall, I enjoyed my stay here.

This is probably the 4th time I've stayed in this funky guesthouse.  Unfortunately this time I was in the midst of coronavirus spreading across Pattaya.    For nightlife this location would be hard to beat, however I have noticed they have not updated any utilities or any fixtures and fittings.    I always stay in the superior suite, front side and the back side suite, which is a lot quieter. I noticed how hard the bed was, literally no cushion inside bed. Also the sofa has had better days, it was so hard after 10 minutes your bottom goes numb.    Apart from the comfort issues of the furniture and bedding, the guesthouse function was satisfactory. If they could provide comfortable bedding and change the sofa, it would still a top-notch stay for night lovers

The place prefers advanced booking as it is located on Pattaya’s famous Walking Street, right in the middle of the nightlife and entertainment. It maybe difficult to trace down the guesthouse if you are not using Google maps – look for the board of the go-go bars downstairs and nearby, like Sweetheart Go-Go and Palace Go-Go. The room we stayed had a nice big bed, aircon, hot water, safe, Wi-Fi, fridge, flat screen TV, and a balcony overlooking the shenanigans of the Walking Street.

A got a nice peaceful room. No room service but that's not an issue as so many options for food in pattaya. 7/11 is just 1 min from guest house. Night shift receptionist is very friendly. If you are night life seeker stay here at low budget.
