Great family hotel, very well kept gardens. Staff speak English very well, generally a nice place to stay close to the beach.

Little but too expensive considering the quality of the room. We had a private villa, but it was split to two apartments. The room was not big at all. Pool area was okay, near the beach.

Good!! Beach front resort. We stay at deluxe room.

Staff is very polite and hardworking, plus great pool and closest distance to the sea I've ever experienced.

I never recommend anyone to stay this hotel. First of all, front guy was worst. No service mind he who was a little fat and young guy. Anything I request, he refused.

Location of the Hotel was great but that's it. The room I've staying is definately need some TLC.

The rooms are alright

This hotel located nere the beach that's good location to swimming. There are many street food nere the hotel. The staff is friendly that great service mind. I really like this hotel.

Good for family

I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel. Wonderful and helpful staff, probably the best of all the hotels I've been to. I can sing the hotel staff's praises. The hotel grounds are clean, the pool is open from 8:00 a.m. until 9:00 p.m. People start swimming earlier and leave later. There are sun loungers by the pool, but people often leave towels and don't show up all day. But this is not a minus of the hotel, but of Russian tourists. The breakfast is delicious, but quite monotonous. Great view of the sea at breakfast. Most of the vacationers are Russian, the staff also speaks a little Russian, there were a few Chinese tourists. There are no problems with this. The beach is across the road, clean, sun loungers on the beach are paid for 100 baht. You still have to walk to the sea from these sun loungers. The sandy part is wide. Rooms are cleaned daily, they clean normally. Safe at the reception. The safe in the room does not work. There are no problems with this, access to the safe is around the clock. You can safely take beach towels. Water is supplied daily, 2 bottles. Shower gel, shampoo, soap, shower caps are provided in the room. Nothing else is provided. The hotel and its location are more suitable for a quiet, family vacation, not for a noisy company. There are many separate houses (rooms) on the hotel grounds, there is a restaurant. There is a night market nearby, a 7.11 store is literally a left turn, a pharmacy is nearby. It is a long way to the exchange office, so change in advance. What surprised me was that they did not take a deposit.

The hotel is located next to the sea, on both sides of the hotel there are 7/11 shops, there is a night market with delicious food and smoothies. Safe at the reception. Towels are changed every day, water and coffee also every day. Breakfasts are the same, but there is always a choice. Fruits include watermelons and pineapples, 2 types of soups, cereal, milk, fried eggs, in general, you will not go hungry. The hotel is not empty, tourists are constantly arriving and leaving, which indicates its popularity. There are tuk-tuks. Sun loungers on the beach are paid, the sea is warm, cars with fruits drive from morning to evening.

The staff are very attentive. The view is good, right on Jomtien Beach, convenient for everything.
