**Danger - False Advertised Rooms** I paid for a city view and I got a view facing a wall. Room are not as advertised. You can see the room is advertised as a city view, but when you get there, they give you a room with a terrible wall view, and then tell you there are no more rooms free, yet plenty of pool room views available, but won't give that to you. Quite sad as it traps you into a bad room you may not have booked if the listing was honest and could really spoil someone's trip. Really bad attitude from the front desk too. Aggressive from the start knowing it is a scam. Keeps says "we are fully booked" which is simply not true. Not sure what this guys problem is but seems really focused on renting a terrible room to someone rather than offering good customer service. Room is really so basic, bed is chicken wire, no kettle for coffee or tea, TV's are so old they are probably never used. Quite a depressing experience. Also the hotel is on the middle of Soi 7, can't walk up or down the street without walking past so many girl bars, not my thing. Better spend your money elsewhere. Head maid was nice and friendly.

Great place to stay and cheap and not sold out. Parking available but no breakfast. Location is unbelievably good. Obviously not a five star accommodation but ok for old white men who like to enjoy the local Thai girls.

Great location! Close to everything by walking distance! Ample parking for the area. Literally a few minutes walk to the beach and many bars, eateries and food carts along the way to the beach. Spacious rooms and all that anyone would need for the stay.

Centrally located very comfortable beds and an excellent pool

The location is good it’s walking distance from the beach and central festival. I did not expect the t.v is like from 50’s

Worst hotel experience ever. The cleaning staff were extremely friendly and kind, but the two receptionists were awful at best. Extremely unhelpful, very dismissive and rude, and not willing to direct or assist first timers in Pattaya with any restaurant recommendations, tour excursions, and just anything, really. We landed in Bangkok in the early hours of the morning and had asked the receptionist if we could book an extra night and have a room to freshen up, this was around 4am. They very rudely gave us one word answers and were not willing to assist us at all. 2pm check-in was non-negotiable and they claimed that all rooms were full, in a very rudely manner. Once we’d finally been allowed to go into our room after 2pm, we found some used narcotics in the drawers of the dressing table. Receptionists did not greet us on any of the days, and would pretend not to hear us if we had gone to the reception desk to enquire and ask for help with recommendations for our trip. The location of the hotel is good as it is quite central, but all in all, we would never return back to that hotel purely based on the horrid receptionists. Left an extremely bad taste in our mouths.
