The villa is very comfortable to live in, just like your own home. It is very close to the beach and can be walked there. There is a small night market on the beach, a 7-11 and a seafood restaurant nearby. The landlady is very enthusiastic and came to receive us in person to help book airport pick-up. , also prepared fruits for us to eat and helped plan the itinerary. Everything went smoothly.

别墅大門沒有鎖匙，只靠别墅大閘門鎖作保安。另外，廚房敞門、主人房敞門的門鎖又是壞的。
雪櫃，新的雪櫃又是壞的，只有一個舊雪櫃，好彩還能制冷。
風扇，又是壞的，不過不開也罷，那些陳年的塵垢，很可怕！

房子在小區裏，離海邊很近步行10分鐘左右。出小區門口正對面還有一個小夜市。旁邊有按摩店，小餐館，泳池很乾凈，有泳池師傅定期做維護，因為擔心泳池水深，房東還特意做了入住前提醒
