Hotels near China Town, Pattaya

The place was very beautiful and peaceful but It just a bit far from city & convenience store like 7-11. The car parking a bit small but the place is safe because they have a security man look after the hotel.

The hotel is not bad, but quite old, it needs reconstruction. It is convenient that it is not far from the central beach and close to the shopping center, but all the markets nearby are expensive, all the cafes are expensive. Expensive area. Breakfasts are good, I just did not expect that they would feed so diversely

It's very convenient to stay.The children in the hotel swimming pool are having a good time! The hotel is close to the shopping mall of Terminal 21, only ten minutes' walk. The Tiffany Show is only ten minutes away. It is convenient to go there and close to the beach. I will choose sunshine pop Hotel next time!

I have been using this hotel often for 5 years. It was a pity that I was not assigned the room I wanted this time. However, the staff was kind and clean, and everything was perfect, but I feel that the hotel is getting a little bit old.

Parts of Pattaya has a notorious reputation internationally, and I wanted to avoid that, which is why I chose this hotel, which is situated in North Pattaya, not totally isolated, but far away enough. I believe this hotel complex is made up of a few other hotels, all under the same group, Sabai Group. Sabai Sabana, from what I can tell, is the oldest/least lux one. The building with rooms that has a balcony facing the pool looked chill and luxe and I would love to stay in those rooms. Otherwise, my room was also pretty decent. Not the best, but not the worst by far too. I liked the closet as it had space and hangers for me to hang my clothes. AC is a little unique to use, but I got the hang of it (hint: 15 degrees I don't think means 15 degrees since you can adjust it off the scale, even). I think this is between a small family hotel and a hotel chain, so the service is not personalized and intimate, but it's also not strictly professional. Staff was friendly and helpful enough.

Red Planet is best and cheapest hotel for 2 persons. It was my second time booking this hotel and will book every time when came in Pattaya

Everything was good except for the new rule that you have to pay 100 baht/person to use the pool near Fat Coco and 200 baht/person to use the sauna. These two amenities used to be free of charge. I think it would be better to just factor in these fees into the hotel room rates.

I highly recommend The Mood Hotel for anyone seeking a perfect blend of comfort, luxury, and outstanding hospitality. It truly lives up to its name, creating a mood of relaxation and happiness. this is a strange experience. during check-in , i was informed of a free upgrade. there's a welcoming cake for my husband, however, the whole room with the bath tub next to the bed, plus transparent glass wall for the stand up bathing area and toilet is very strange. we cannot open the room door for room service if anyone is inside the bath tub, bathing area or even in the toilet. no couple would like to see each other when during toilet time, right. also , i have requested for two bottles of water at 10:30 p.m., called for customer services for twice to hurry the bottle as the kid is about to go asleep. and then no response.. and then the two bottles arrived at midnight 00:30, two hours later. first they rang the bell, then called upon the room to say ”open the door”. it seems there's no proper management of the hotel. the location and hardwares are so great, its just a waste if the management is not doing great. during check in is also an experience. the manager sounds a bit strange. .and it seems the information is not clear enough. i have my first night staying here and then the next night i moved to space hotel. its just a total big difference and comparison between the two. its the information wise, helpfulness an d professionalism that makes a big difference between the two hotels. its need for better staff training for standard procedures and catering all sorts of different situations. e.g. when they bring the welcoming cake, there's someone behind following with other stuff, but thats not for our room. it will cause confusion. also they rang another time bell.. also another staff with other food queuing behind.. but just for the fork and knife.. you just felel the hotel is so new that the people there are not well trained.
